Seasoning can make anything taste good
No seasoning in nyama choma. Our meat just tastes that good naturally because it is authentic with no preservatives. Fresh meat from the farms. They don't put nothing but a pinch of regular salt. The grilling is well done. That's all you need with Kenyan nyama choma which means barbeque meat. Goat or cow either or.
