This is awesome! Motivation on this end for sure to get my ass to start achieving some goals too. Appreciate the hell out of you guys each week, thanks for building this studio to give us the goods! 💸👊
Very nice. Love it. Friends with Will Harris and thats when i first saw you when he was with you guys for some time filming i believe it was for Henry vs the cheat TJ. And I always looked at you as a genius mind and how Fight Ready in conjunction with Neuro Force One was just a game changer for fighters. Seemed like before that it was kind of a toss up on whether Henry would weight make at times years before that. But anyways, yeah that was how I kind of got introduced to you as a coach but I also cap fights and do all of my research and all that but I also watch your content bc you are probably the only person out here w a channel who's opinion I truly respect and content like this is also very cool. Long winded way of saying congratulations on the beautiful studio lol
I'm debating doing something like this in sunny and warm California. I've heard mixed reviews on the TuffShed Premier Pro series when it comes to being able to properly insulate them. While I'd do an AC like you've done, I worry it'd have to run all-day-every-day. I was wondering now that you've had your shed for a year, and you live somewhere warmer than us, how has it been? Do you stay cool? Does your AC know no rest during the summer days?
@santinodefranco82 for real. $800. That's building the entire building, including materials. I always search for cull piles, as well as damaged materials that can still be used. You spent waaaay too much. Looks nice though!
lol yea they said if its relatively level they can you bricks and shimes its true but its half ass and they may settle in time and shift, shady way, minimally they or you should of laid heavy duty plastic and 4 to 6 inches of crushed stone as a pad, just putting that close or on ground surface your floor will rot out in a few years, the moisture will rise and rot that flake board or plywood out, thats a fact
Definitely worth the process! CONGRATS coach did fantastic work. Let’s get this shed right and cash in big this week!
Looks great man! Got me all motivated to upgrade my studio space.

$1,000 to the electrician, and $1,000 to Enzo for digging the trench 😂
Lol he’s a worker.
Love this
No video this week?
Is this the notorious shed Brandan was scared of? Changing it to a studio is a good way of covering your tracks 👍
Lol he’s under the shed. It fell on the wicked witch of the east.

Fancy camera Santino
I built mine for $800.
Sure. My AC unit for the shed cost more than that.
