While those that sit in for you are knowledgable regarding subjects being discussed, what is missing is their ability to project a lively spirit. I don't expect guest host to be clones. I am addicted to your knowledge of today and your ability to link the topic to distant pass. Your phenomenal recall of names, dates and associated facts is second to none. Your voice has a commanding presence with as exciting tone that makes one want to hear what you'll say next, while sprinkling in humor. My head is spinning as I think of all the people over all the years that you've interviewed, including everyday people to power houses. Little to NO pushback from your sit-in host. Debate is an integral featured part of Unfiltered. I"m sure you've already weighed these concerns. My worry is when you have to be away that you have hosts that ARE as dynamic as you to keep listeners from going to other podcasts and not coming back to you upon your return. You may need to groom that "special" someone that has some of your special talents that will keep your current listeners and bring in new listeners. 2nd. I am a retired Aircraft Technician for a major Airline company. The pilots for my former company is about 85% with very few Women, especially Black Women and other Minorities. Do White Men really believe they are the only ones who can fly planes.
