Hotel closes access to all of their balconies following railing collapse

I am planning on visiting Waikiki and came across this hotel where previous guests had stated that the balcony doors didn't work but didn't say why. I think I will just stay somewhere else.

Don’t stay here!! It’s old and dingy!! We stayed here and it sucked.
