When Tom takes off just around the 6 min mark, Guthrie’s expression is beautiful. The love they all seem to have for each other’s playing takes it to another level.
“WOW ! ….how long was I out??” Mumbled the “Starship Trooper“ as he re-entered the earth’s atmosphere for a brief moment. Thanks so much for posting this…..crank it up and share with your neighbours.❤
Watched the live stream Tuesday. What a riveting performance from these stellar musicians! GT opened with 3 sick instrumentals and the show continued to soar from there!!
Damn good song and playing. Lots of room to improvise and just have fun. Great show again last night. The song about the Bitter End is a cool composition and needs to be recorded in the future. Trapp and Bukovac are on to something really expressive and original. Hope there is more to come. 🎸🎸🎸
Fantastic!! Thank you, Michael!! Hillbilly hippies taking The Bitter End by storm!! 🤣Thank you for commenting on Tim and Jordan. Those guys are the foundation of some of the best music written in a long, long time. What a great show. Cheers!!
There were moments in this show that reminded me of… th-cam.com/video/CqdL36VKbMQ/w-d-xo.htmlsi=ZjMwwdEp52RA4AZo Except there were not 1, not 2,but 3 eugene’s on stage. What a deal! I think i seen jack butler there, but he was left dumbfounded sucking his thumb in the corner. The best of the best, United onstage delivering an unparalleled performance. Imo. Lightning in a bottle.
Don Leslie built the first speaker in 1940 with the help of his brother Bob. He offered his invention to Hammond hoping they would hire him, but they rejected him from the start. Leslie never held an engineering or other position with Hammond and neither Laurens Hammond or his research department played any part in the development of the Leslie Speaker. Had Laurens Hammond offered Don Leslie an acceptable job in 1936, he would have owned the rights to everything Leslie invented and there never would have been a "Leslie" Speaker.
I’ve been watching and listening to dudes play guitar solos for over 30 years and that’s one of the best I’ve ever heard.
"How long was I out?", Uncle Larry. Gold. Appreciated.
Nothing like a stage packed with impeccable musicians all in it for the song. Just amazing

The whole band is listening so closely to each other… it’s beautiful

Amazing. Jimmy Wallace on the B-3 is a great addition.
It was virtually a perfect solo - and coming off of Tom's launch into the stratosphere that's saying a heck of a lot!!! Wow!

If this were the 70s or even 80s, The Window would be killing it on FM radio right now. 🔥 🔥 🔥
I have to disagree… instrumental music without a singer was not cutting it back then😊
Great, thanks! Did the play the tune, The Bitter End? Would love to see that.

I really wish Jimi Hendrix could have met and heard Tom Bukovac.
