I love how they made Daigo transform differently each time, and including several Rise Scene in the episodes. Those are detailed efforts that you won't see anymore nowadays
Tiga Spark Lens is so much better than Trigger Spark Lens. It’s simple & realistic compares to Trigger’s. Especially, Tiga Spark Lens wings can open with a button that makes Trigger Spark Lens design looks so dumb.

If they can make a gun transform into spark lens, why don’t they go all the way with the button which helps open the wings like spark lens did. Hey it’s not their fault that another company has been fighting over rights of ultraman with them that it’s caused them to constantly be in a financial crisis. to where they had no choice but to do these gimmicks just so the franchise would survive till this day but luckily it’s all over now it ended in 2020.
Bruhh.. it's not that they don't want to bring back this type of Ultraman concept. It's just during this current time, they just don't have the ability to do it anymore. Most of people don't realize this.. but the real Tsuburaya production died a long time ago after Mebius ended.. Bandai have partial control over the company and they have the ability to decide whether to just let Tsupro die or not. And do I need to mention Tsupro finally win lawsuit against Chaiyo which took a lot of money from them and cause problems for Ultraman distribution on other country for years? Those gimmicks?? It's all requirements made by Bandai and it HAVE to perform well otherwise Tsuburaya production well being is at stack. Why do you think they reuse kaiju? It's not they gotten lazy.. they no longer have the same amount budget like they did during Heisei era. Lack of defense team?? The defense team merch and planes no longer sells well during current era. Taguchi (one of the director of some new gen ultra series) already stated a lot of time that the company limited budget has limit him on creating effective and fully functioning defense team. The cost is too high, but he still somehow find a way on Ultraman X and Ultraman Z which the first one got the budget by being sponsored by car company and the latter use Robot instead of normal planes and luckily, the toy of it sells well. Just look at the set pieces, most of them are reused or sometimes slightly customized while during Heisei era, they have the budget to fully made original set pieces every ep.
This is why I like old ultra transformations. No stupidly long unnecessary procedure and no awkward chanting. Just clean transformation and dive straight into fights.
People always say that Ultraman is childish, but little did they know the good things that the stories can teach you, especially, even now Tiga's story is still impressive.

More like they were just trying out what works for Tiga's rise. Remember, this was 1996, so Tsuburaya was testing the new technology then.

確かにマサキの力で復活してもおもしろかったとは思いますが、それだとダイナの最終回三部作に登場したF計画を肯定する事になるので、ティガの最終回はあのような形で良かったと思います。
それにティガ＆ダイナを見ると、余計にあの最終回が繋がってティガの登場が感動出来ますし、コンドウ参謀の言葉にも重みが出て来るのではないか……と。
