Problems in the hashira- Rengoku: Deaf (he busted his ear drums in a mission he had with Mitsuri) Sanemi: color blind (always has been I’m pretty sure) Iguro: blind in his orange-ish yellow eye (he got it from the demon or either was born with it) Gyomei: was born blind or either a fever and he cries because of a symptom which makes him super sensitive or something
