I think it was better to play flametongue first regardless of doomsayer. With mana wraith, he loses too much tempo which caused him to lose the game, where as with doomsayer, he just loses a card he never got to play anyway, and ends up clearing the board.

I was thinking, if it ends up being 2 x 2/3 minions it'd still be a problem. His lightwell doesn't clear the 2/3s which will result in them killing the flametongue for free. I guess he was pretty screwed either way.

I have a weaker evolve shaman deck (basically Trump's but missing a few legendaries). It loses if you keep clearing the board, so a deck with lots of removal is good.
