But unfortunately some lab found out about their relationship and got interested of the thought about if two hashiras, who are very powerful and very strong, were to have a kid. A kid that would inherit they're health and strength. Which would make a perfect lab rat that is weak and gullible enough to not be able to escape, but strong enough to survive multiple test and fatigue. So the lab waited until they have a kid and then have someone sneak in and steal the kid. The kidnapping was a success only cause Obanai was with Mitsuri helping her recover. Mitsuri gave birth to Anya at a regular hospital which made it easier for the kidnapper to blend in. After they realized that Anya got kidnapped. They searched and search but unfortunately their baby Anya was already in another country. Transported in a private helicopter. After that, the rest happened. Also, pls remember that Spy x Family is set in Ostonia(fictional) which is heavily influenced by Germany and not in Japan
