A couple of us told you her whole back story when you reacted to her singing "I Knew Your Were Waiting" last time. She was classically trained at Juilliard, started off doing Broadway shows, after doing Motown The Musical, and a few other Rhythm n Blues themed shows, she fell in love with that genre and Jazz and started preforming solo. The man playing guitar next to her is her husband, and a well established guitarists himself. They are both American, and have lived in the heart of Harlem the last decade or so.
My two favorite covers she does, "Fooled Around and Fell in Love" and "Do Right Woman, Do Right Man" sung with Marc Broussard
I’ve seen a lot of performances by her, but never this one. This might be my new favorite.

Morgan was born in Boise, Idaho and is now living in Harlem, NY. She studied opera at Julliard (her classical training is why she has those big pipes) and has played on Broadway. She didn't appear in any of the talent shows because of the age limitation. She was signed under Epic Records and released two albums. After she was released from Epic she started her own band and is married to the guitar player, Doug Wamble. She also is an indy under Hedonist Records LLC. If I may suggest, check these songs from Morgan out as well.

Morgan is one of the hardest workers in the industry. For example, Morgan dreamed that she performed Jesus Christ Superstar as Jesus and Shoshana Bean was Judas. She decided to put on an entire female production of JSC and started hand selecting some of the best vocalists, performers, musicians, producers and engineers in the business - all females. She put on a live concert at he the Highline Ballroom and later got Pledge Music involved to raise some money to produce an album. Unfortunately Pledge Music stole everyone's money (allegedly) and filed bankruptcy. She's managed to release several of the songs anyway and is still doing what she can to release the entire thing. To paraphrase her, “It will get released, I just don't know when.”

Actually, Lulu, a UK singer with a soulful voice, recorded this first in 1969. I remember loving this song. I just like giving credit where it’s due.

No she's American, and imo in the top tier of what I would call 20th century American vocals. And by that I mean the source of all great American music. Blues, Jazz, Soul, etc... I hope you'll listen to more from her such as, Maps (never heard the orig. but hers is glorious), Take me to Church (also amazing).

Yes, you have covered Morgan before. 2 weeks ago covering "I Knew You Were Waiting (For Me)" and with PMJ covering "All about that Bass" IFIRC you referred to her as Gwyneth because you didn't know who she was and you did that reaction because of Haley Reinhart.

Dude... Volume... i can turn it down when its a little loud but having to turn my computer speakers on full blast to hear anything is REALLY annoying. your intro music is normal volume but your commentary and the video were almost silent. Especially when you manage to get to my absolute favorite Morgan James Song...
If more then just you said this then I would adjust it but i think you might have to play with your settings
