Im from changzhou and Ive lived in NYC for 4 years. This cultural plaza is just amazing. It's summer now and they have free concert or live houses basically every week. They also have a lot of good restaurants, affordable and tasty

Changzhou is the name of a city in Jiangsu Province, near Shanghai
it is a tier 3 city in China, around 170km northwest to Shanghai, it is one of the 13 cities in jiangsu province, and its GDP ranked as 5th in this province, i know it bwcause it is my hometown, Changzhou is a medium small city per chinese standard with 5 million residents. i am now working in Shanghai
