Hey Kaleb. Happy Sunday. 1st home like the elevation. Small. Let’s see inside. Like the view on entry. See a pool. Open concept. 2 guests bed and bath a little small as expected. Agreed. Kitchen ok. W/D in garage? Primary ok size. En-suite small but nice. Closet small. Backyard is the seller. Big. Pool. Fenced 🙌🏼. 2nd home a little dated elevation but neat. Garage needs paving. Inside is nice. Primary ok with sliders. At least 2 closets. En-suite big with linen closet. Don’t even need the tub. Kitchen nice. Breakfast nook and another mini dining. The bath is the laundry and backyard access? A little busy. Guest bedrooms ok. But 3 beds to 1 bath tight. Covered enclosed lanai and pool. Nice backyard Kaleb. Both great potential. Kaleb, I want to let you in on a little secret…you don’t have to be a kid to eat Cinnamon Toast Crunch!! As for the homes, I liked #2 the best and I think it was because it was more open and bright. Closet space in the master can be expanded or configured to hold more clothing…or I could get rid of half my clothes (which I do really need to do). Love the tours and the taste testing!

For me the 3 best places for dessert in DSs would be Gideons, Ever Glazed and Chef Arts for the hummingbird cake. I'm sure you've tried them, but I'd love to hear what you think.
