Do the beads look super wet because of the colors? Are you purposely working wet because they're neon? Do you always work that wet?
I'm a DIYer who is saving up for nail school next year & I'm a lil scared of acrylic. I use dip powder & gel to sculpt nails. Getting a polygel kit, soon.
