You could only find high rise density in this part of Paris section . Most arrisdosement are preserved for low rise two thousand or centuries old unlike fake cities you find in Dubai or mushroom concrete jungle in China or cities in South-East-Asia. That's what make Paris different. Nice video tour. Merci 👏🙏
Yes, now they are. But most people still think this is utterly ugly. The average French person can’t feel beauty when seeing the NY skyline or any most Chinese cities. As culture seems wiped off such places. Here in La Défense, it is appart from normal life and the architecture is diverse. You can even hear the birds sing! This sense of natural balance, history, culture and beauty, is why you hardly ever see this aspect of the Paris region on tourist guides. For a long time, money was despised by French people and these buildings remind too much that money is at their core. You got billions and no culture? Please stay aside. The Paris region is called: France ´s island. Appart from Singapour, not many islands have so much concrete.
