    In this video I show you how to use all of the features of the Fujifilm Instax Wide 300 instant film camera. I go through everything from loading batteries and film to the difference between what you see in the viewfinder versus how the print comes out.

    ..3 years old.....but..one important thing....travelling with the cam - take one battery out - so the cam would not be accidently started, because the moving lens could be damaged when there is no room to move... ;-) greets BM

    Well taught film! I was probably having the most trouble figuring out what the detachable zoom-in lens was best used for and how far or close it should be used for. This video has definitely helped a lot! Thank you! 🥰📸

    Thank you. This is veery informative.
    I am by no means the first to mention an item on my wish list, that being an Instax pack that would clip onto the back of a Hasselblad film camera. Fuji would sell a truckload.
    However ... thanks again.

    When shooting portrait orientation, how would you position the camera? Should the viewfinder be towards the top or the bottom?

      This is exactlt the reason I came to YT to find a video on how to use this camera. The instruction manual just says "If your images are turning out too dark/light...etc" Why not write how to use it *before* wasting images to figure out how to compensate for the amount of light being let in? Almost as if they want you using more film 🤫

    Hi, I havent understood the part with flying on the airplane, once film is inside the camera It shouldnt go for an x ray? Or even if its packed in its original package

    • @PrimeStudios
      @PrimeStudios  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Generally speaking you just want to keep your film away from any source of radiation if you can. Modern airport x-rays generally won't effect your film unless it's high ISO, like above 800. And unless you're a pilot or flight attendant with a pension for in the air film photography, you really don't have to worry about the amount of extra radiation at 35,000 feet. You can still buy lead lined film bags for traveling if your really paranoid like this one: amzn.to/3CaAQIh

    How long do the pictures last once they come out? I’m interested in getting these camera but my grandma told me they fade fast and don’t last long. But when I started googling I’ve seen a lot of people say they can last for decades if stored properly.

    • @PrimeStudios
      @PrimeStudios  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      If stored properly, instant photos can hypothetically last hundreds of years. Make sure to keep them out of sunlight and add desiccants to long term storage of film photos.

    Does this camera let you turn it on without film being loaded on it? Mine isn’t turning on at all but there’s no film in it.

    • @PrimeStudios
      @PrimeStudios  ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, the camera should turn on even with no film.

    when i load my film (yellow against yellow) my camera keeps saying i have 0 shots left, any idea why? the film is the correct type and the camera is new so im not sure what the problem is :/

    • @x3Pancakeyx3
      @x3Pancakeyx3 7 วันที่ผ่านมา

      If you opened it after a new film cartridge was installed, it messes up the whole pack and you have to use a new one. When installing, fire away one shot to get rid of the black back. After that's done DON'T OPEN it again until the 10 shots are finished.

    How many photos did these camera can take pictures in its lifetime?

    • @PrimeStudios
      @PrimeStudios  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Unfortunately, I cannot find any official info on the number of shutter actuations this camera is rated to.

  • @chavez349
    @chavez349 3 ปีที่แล้ว

    The picture stayed white. What does that mean?

    • @PrimeStudios
      @PrimeStudios  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      It either means the photo was completely over-exposed or something is wrong with the shutter mechanism on the camera.

    • @roxannevelasco76
