• As a seller - you need to be very selective of your co- own partner…because after all, this person is your partner who is responsible for caring for your asset.
• In addition, standards on both side have to be set and met for this partnership to operate smoothly.

Co own doesn’t work in the long run. Whoever haves the dog on the yard does majority of the work the percentage will never even out to. And if you have the female even more work.
