I do have to point out that when you click the Help & feedback and then "Get started with voice access", it didn't load the video, but just backing out of that page and looking in the other options should get you the video. I had to click "use morse code".

shs bb normally, you can’t downgrade it. 80% new phones don’t allow it. Some older phone may be possible.
