Hi Leena , Gardens by the Bay is open from 9 AM to 9 PM. You can manage your timings according to this time but you have to prebook the ticket for a better experience. If you go early in the morning you can cover both attractions Cloud Forest, Flower Dome in Gardens by the Bay. For OCBC Skyways Show you can go in the evening
