Tikki masala or butter chicken on the cauliflower rice is amazing. After you make the rice, put it in a mesh strainer and smash it with a rubber spatula and get the extra water out, then make "fried" rice with egg and veggies. Our Costco staples are the chicken sausages that you got (lots of sage), a brick of cheddar cheese, cauliflower rice, maple syrup, half n half, their big thing of eggs, toilet paper and paper towels, we get romaine lettuce and carrots (organic), dried prunes, we get our chicken there (U.S.A. grown and processed: important to me that it is not shipped to China to be processed.), wild caught keta salmon, wild caught orange roughy, watermelon, bananas, apples, La croix, bottled water, cat littler and dog and cat food (grain free).
I love Cauliflower fried rice, avocado oil with garlic in pan, get some broccoli slaw from trader Joe's and cook for a few minutes after the garlic cooks for a min, add 3 eggs whisked, then cauliflower and season with aminos. Delish!!!!! Enjoy!
Those chicken breakfast sausages are so good! And they lasted us for so long. We don't eat pork so it was awesome to find a healthier alternative to breakfast sausages!

Great video Allie. Idea for the sausage is basically like a spaghetti bolognese with sausage instead of mince meat. You can use the tomato sauce you bought pasta cut up the sausage with onion and spaghetti. Really quick and tasty meal 🥰

Forgot to mention... with the cauliflower rice I like to do a stir fry or if its for breakfast to replace potato hashbrowns I do cauliflower patties, so good and the kids don't know the difference! 😋

How much is the maple syrup from Costco? And kroger sells chick pea pasta and red lentil pasta. I think it's made by Barilla?? The lentil one is pretty yummy! Also, I made a kielbasa, broccoli, cauliflower rice casserole once. It was pretty tasty. Though, I think I would much rather have cauliflower florets instead of the rice, personally. But as long as it's steamed until it's super super mushy lol I'm good! Thanks for the video!

Roast the broccoli toss it with coconut oil and salt and pepper 375 on the top rack for 20-25 minutes. My 9 month old is crazy about it 😋
We made fried rice with the riced cauliflower and also put it with Korean pork. It’s also good to add to soups.
