It is intended to be the ORIGINAL Annie. Old concepts and all. Original Annie(mainly referred to as Legacy Annie) had an eye visible, was short, and was intended to become the large beast we see in this song. But Atsuover scrapped the idea because it was too scary, replacing it with the Current Annie design. And the idea for Legacy Annie was reused here.
