In G-Dragon's part(he's the one who is shown first in the music video), he feels alone and depressed. Although he has money and fame, he becomes lonely as he does not have anyone by his side. His part also goes, "I was always alone. It's been a long time since I've forgotten about love."
Taeyang (the one on the roof in the red jacket) was confused and had doubts with his faith. The cross he drew said "Sin Will Find You." His part goes, "I hold out my hand, but no one holds it," just like in GD's case, he was alone and did not know where he should go to ask for help. At the end, he loses his battle against his own self and commits suicide where you see him falling off the building.
T.O.P. on the other hand was shown to be a womanizer. "Love them for one night, and hate then when the morning comes." The two girls were also wearing white, signifying that T.O.P. also views them as objects. When they started to touch him and his things, he got mad and killed them which is why you see him covered in blood while he is walking through the alley. He breaks down as he started to realize what he has done and what he has lost.
Daesung (the one getting beat up) was being bullied which makes him feel like a loser. "At some point I've gotten scared of people's eyes," he becomes afraid of what people would do to him. While looking at the mirror, he decides to fight back although he knows that he was not going to win.
Seungri (white hair) still chases after his ex-girlfriend who already has found someone new. He becomes obsessive, calling her every now and then.
At the end, the five members all gave in to their personal struggles, thus becoming 'Losers" in their own ways.

Daesung : His self confidence or his self-love... or something like that, I'm not sure.
TOP : His sanity (he killed the girl)
It's my interpretation of the MV and I also read some theories like that, but I don't remember where. Anyway, there's a lot more symbolism and references than that, but I don't know them all. You can find multiple theories if you google it.

I am a BIG fan of BB. I’ve been with them through all kinds of scandals. But Seungri’s is not acceptable. And standing behind him just because doesn’t make you a true fan. It makes you a complicit in what he did.
What Seungri did is NOT ok. Period. Being a part of BB doesn’t get him special rights to be a jackass.

LOSER is about being a human: being fearful of something, losing confidence, making mistakes...
This song is very meaningful to them because each of them talk about something they are experiencing.
GD talks about his loneliness. He feels really lonely to the point of mental illness. It's a recurring theme in his songs.
Taeyang talks about his fear of losing faith. Taeyang is a big believer person. I think losing faith and sin is his biggest fear, that's why the cross where he was laying said "Sin will find you".
T.O.P, I think, talks about his complicate relationship with women. He kills her in the M/V because she began to touch his furnitures and he felt like she was dirty. You can see him cry after that, because he regrets what he did to her. Also as you can see, he wore a suit and gloves because he doesn't like to show his skin and having skin contacts, it's his phobia.
Daesung was getting beat up and lost his self-confidence. I think bullies represent haters. He had a car accident where a man died (It was not because of him tho) and haters began to call him "murderer", which is a very strong word. He felt depressed and wanted to kill himself, he lost all of his confidence. I think that's what the scene represent.
Seungri's story is about losing his love. I think the girl cheated on him so he felt mad but didn't wanted her to go. In the end, she left him.
Those are stories of men feeling like losers.

The reason why most people don't really understand their MVs is because, all of BIGBANG's MVs has its own meanings and messages that needed to be interpret using our own understanding. There’s the lyrics for the song. This is one of my favorite songs by Big Bang! They wrote it after a couple of members had gone through some controversial events (GDragon pot scandal and Daesung car incident where someone was killed). They expressed how they all felt like a loser because of events going on with them. Taeyang’s part was loss of religion (the cross said sin will find you). Top’s was fear of commitment so he killed it. Seungri was fear of being hurt in a relationship maybe. GD is feeling like a loser because of his fame and the pressure the Kpop artists go through. Daesung‘s is the feeling of not being able to protect himself from the hateful comments he got at the time for what was an accident.

I know you have not been in kpop for too long, but if you react to BIGBANG videos even from their debut you will notice and understand that BIGBANG changed the kpop idol industry. Now you see kpop groups following what they started from writing and composing their own music to wearing big brand names as part of their fashion. BIGBANG is ART. Anything that you can think as part of art, BIGBANG is part of it. You say you don't see girls in kpop videos, but BIGBANG included females in their MVs even in their early debut years. The kpop industry started booming back again in 2015 when BIGBANG made their anticipated comeback bringing in big profits, businesses, eyes back to Kpop and Hallyu again. There's this clip in Arirang tv which shows how kpop and hallyu increased in 2015 comparing it with the prior year. Even in Japan, the hallyu wave was decreasing, but in 2015 climbed up again. There are many out there who are new to Kpop and don't know how influential BIGBANG has been to kpop and even if they know they turn eye blind. Reason why I'm taking my time to type this down, even tho there's much more I could say... so hopefully you read this and you know for your next BIGBANG reactions if you decide to do them. In the MV, G-Dragon walks the streets alone. His rap verse speaks about how he feels alienated and has forgotten what love feels like. He refers to himself and listeners as “sad clowns, tamed and scripted,” suggesting that everyone is putting on a facade to fit into society. Because he dislikes this reality, he wishes to return to his youth when things weren’t this way.
Taeyang jumps in next with his part, speaking about how he can’t hold his head up anymore. His lyrics talk about him reaching out but not getting a response, increasing the isolation. His scenes show him writing the words “Sin will find you” on a cross. Perhaps this speaks to an inner turmoil regarding his faith being tested by his celebrity. He can try and be a "good boy” all he wants, but his vocation means there will always be temptation provided by a world throwing every desire in his direction.
Following his scene, we get a snippet of Seungri staring at a couple. He makes a call and the woman checks her phone briefly before putting it away. Seungri reacts by kicking a car’s side mirror, implying this woman is possibly his girlfriend who he caught cheating. Later in the video, he attempts more calls, which go ignored, sending him into a fury where he destroys things in his apartment. This culminates into an argument in the end where his girlfriend presumably dumps him.
For the scenes of T.O.P, he caresses various women. He switches between accepting their advances and pushing them away. When one woman attempts to leave, he forcibly grabs her face and stares at her, which may prove alarming if you don’t consider the context of the song. Given that he acknowledges these toxic affairs, he could be deflecting his frustrations upon this woman. He struggles to accept his role in these relationships in the lyrics:
He recognizes he’s wrong but is compelled to repeat his mistakes. Like G-Dragon, he wishes to return to a time when this wasn’t an issue.
Daesung‘s parts hit me the most emotionally. As he sings about how difficult he finds it to connect with people, he cries in front of a mirror. It appears he’s frustrated with his self-perceived weakness, which is highlighted by scenes of him being beaten. His attempts to defend himself seem futile, but there is little context given as to why he’s being targeted.
This may be connected to Daesung's unfortunate driving accident that caused a great deal of trauma for the singer. He touched on this sensitive topic in Healing Camp ,opening up about the malicious comments he received. While a lot of fans understood his situation, there were others who called him a murderer. Using his tragedy to make him feel inferior is horrible, but alas, that is his reality as an idol.
This MV shows a darker side to the pain Big Bang endures. They don’t sugarcoat their situation and show where the darkness leads them. G-Dragon and Seungri destroy stuff while Taeyang commits suicide by falling off a roof. T.O.P wanders the streets homeless and bloody, and Daesung starts a fight he can’t win. They may not have welcomed the negativity openly, but when it appeared, they didn’t handle it well either. Referring back to when Taeyang wrote “Sin will find you,” this makes more sense.
There’s a lot to analyze in “Loser,” and it’s more than what I can write here.

Just to clarify... 'Loser', like many of BigBang's mvs, is heavy with symbolism - it's not as literal as it, or the lyrics, suggests. Most of these parts likely relate to real-world things that happened to the member's in the past, and this song is meant to be a way of them expressing what made them feel like 'losers'. This is what we got:
G-Dragon's part is about drugs, and relates to his drug scandal a few years back. You see this in him being disorientated on the street, unfocused, lying on the road, and then later the symbolic 'detoxing' in the tub. At the time this was meant to act as a further apology for his scandal (since he was still being hounded by SK media), but SK society didn't respond well.
Taeyang's relates to the envy he felt towards Gdragon's success and greater fame some time back. Seeing as he's very religious, GD is his best friend, and Envy is considered a mortal sin, he really suffered for how he was feeling. He'd talked about this before.
T.O.P's relates to his infatuation with a girl a few years back, and again, how he struggled in the aftermath of that whole episode (he wrote a song about it, 'Pretend Like Nothing's Wrong'). His is the most cryptic of all the symbolic representations, but it's not surprising considering TOP's artistic flair. The girl he's strangling actually represents his own desire (not an actual person). Later we see him covered in blood, and stumbling aimlessly down an alleyway in a disheveled state, which is meant to symbolize his having killed his desire and by doing so, killed a part of himself, leaving him feeling aimless and miserable.
Daesung's is about the aftermath of his car accident, and represents both his feelings of self-loathing, and how the public looked at him after that went down. The beating and crying says it all, really.
Seungri's is pretty much the only one that is kinda generic (and nto surprising for that time), although you might be able to infer that it relates to jealousy relating to women he's liked - a common enough occurrence. I've heard some people say they think it might be another aspect of TOP's story instead, but the jury's out on that one.
