Jie shi is the best wày to syllable for Jessie because they sound really similar to each other. JieShi means someone is healthy and strong, might be the result of working out regularly. Yes Jieshi is meaning solid and hard and even firm with least fridgility. Powerful and not easy to be destroyed. I agree that 結實 sounds really weird on her. This word is used to describe someone physically strong and muscular, so I don't think it's very appropriate to describe her.
