I agree , lemon drop is the perfect name for it . Looks way better than before
Yeah it should be military colors the way it was design for just camo it out or paint it light green mash 4077
Cool stuff i am here for heavy equipment but them old jeeps are Cool
Looks really good. Call it Willie"
I think your right it does need a name like "ole Yeller" "old Yeller"
Yellow submarine, lemon pie! It's early in the day I'll work on it.
Better ,delete the normal fan (ONLY the fan..) and install a flat electric one.. There is a big one for this radiator. Many Jeep fans do this and does good job.. Anyway you had to replace this old radiator . You did good.. I don't know what you did in the meantime with the color but personally I like it.. I would even name it "Lemon Pie " You have a big appetite when you eat it but later this taste becomes salty bitter.. This happens with EVERY old vehicle you put money, personal work, and .. dreams on.. After all these comes the Joy.. But after ...Have fun with it.. I had with mine some 40 years ago.. All the best from Greece..
Thumbs up, always enjoy the different tasks you get into
Lemon drop! Sweet Name.
👍👍❤️
Nice work. 😊
Hey there it's going lots of fun
Great video, thank you.
Drill new holes using broken mount as template. New hole drilled higher on new radiator mount plate will clear lower hose...
Well you could call it banana flip. As close as the fan and the rad are, the motor mounts should be in good shape. You know you want to put a turbo Roxor motor in it.
Looks like it has a body lift so the radiator would need to be lowered or bad engine mounts.
Or…upgrade to a couple of electric fans that can be turned off for water crossings.
that jeep would be sooo cool restored
God Bless America!!!
Cool rig
Did you fix the leaking fuel problem yet?
I didn't like the color at first.. but it's starting to grow on me. Thanks for the video
Bumble Bee Jeep!!!!!!!!....😎💯✌
Ol Yeller😊
Did you, at any point on or off camera, test the thermostat in the Jeep? I ask because since you're replacing the radiator, wouldn't it just be a cheap and smart idea to put in a new thermostat at the same time? Or are you not running a thermostat at all?
Yellow and black - "Bumble Bee"
Call it "Parker" . . . Tuxedo Park model.😉
As I recall on Casey's video - Allen had to get out and get your gas cap after you refilled it - also that is when they discovered that you had a gas leak- not from the cap - I think the tank was leaking ? Did you repair that too?
C&C Equipment has all the hole body for the jeep and more
Did you flush the motor with a detergent and clean water before you installed a brand new radiator?
Ol’ Yeller
My best guess....the parts are to small...as in TONKA TOY!
Next time you put the jeep on the lift can you go through the axle swap, noticed she had front disc brakes did ya then have to swap in the master cylinder, What driveshafts did you use? Just kind of raises a lot of questions on your build as to what’s been going on
What's the history and back story of the range rover in your yard
The fuel tank leaked really really bad. I hope you didn’t forget to fix the tank.
The proble could be solved a lot easier by simply not driving up hills 🤷🏻♂️😂
I say go with Meringue!!
Stole < bad > = Procure < Good >
Lower the fan mounts down somewhere between 1/4 or 1/2 lower
Name it Ming Ming!!
Nice 0:03
tweety i like that
I bought a 69 that they used leak stop in. Honey oil in the diffs and a real heavy gear oil in transmission. You wonder what the thought process was at that time.
You and diesel creek should do a video together
What I want to know…is why a Jeep that old is using metric bolts?
👍👍❤️
Lemon drops are nice, but I prefer lemon bars.
A little late on the comment but looks like the radiator needs to drop down some. The fan isn't centered the best
The mounting bolts on a Jeep radiator are 5/16 " uss threads not 3/8
Yosemite Sam mud flaps and she is good to go
Lemon Pie!
Redril the rad mounting bolts
I think you should have painted the bumpers black.
will you be getting exhaust fumes right there by the driver seat
22:06 and the radiator hose smashes the fins. argggghhh
It doesn’t run bad. It’s the or fire
Yellow Jacket!
Yellow jacket (black and yellow)
it will bite in the winter.
Can you trim that fan???
It got dana 44 on it? When they are from a mahindra arent they 4.4s?
They know how to copy it but their steel lets them down😉.
Old Yella
Well with all the "ade" you had on the 200 mile ride home you could call it "lemonade" just saying. That includes impeding traffic. That nice police officer even came to your "ade "
lemon party
I would have left the rollbars and just painted them
Worst place to put mufflers on a Jeep but you will figure that our for yourself later!
Canary carol
O NOOOOOO new radiator....no flush shit out of motor!!
Love the videos but more editing down is needed in my opinion
Lemon meringue
trim the grills built in shroud
LS Swap it
"Old Yeller"
Flush out the engine so all that crap doesn’t go into your new radiator!
How bout Magnolia for the name of your Jeep?
Ole yeller onion
Yellow Jacket
Pricilla
Ole yeller
Lemoy- aid
I seriously think you should call it a banana.
Fun Fact: Jeep spelled upside down and backwards spells Beer.
Lemon Drop
Yellow Zonker...
Radiator is not level
Bubble bee
Be kinder to it and use non-ethanol gas.
Drop your drivers side down. Passenger in Australia 😂
Old Yeller
Tweedy
Like Jeff Tweedy the singer with Wilco? Or did you mean Tweety like the cartoon bird?
🙈 "PromoSM"
since when are 1965 jeeps metric??????lol
Booger 😂
Not trying to be a know-it-all. But you should have flushed the motor as well.
DRIFTER
Quinton…just a suggestion from a long time Jeep guy…ditch that old school direct drive fan, and go to a couple of two stage electrics, (that you can manually turn off, for water crossings). Your engine, will thank you for it a thousand fold.( better low speed cooling, and fewer drowned distributors…not to mention the fact that on deep water crossings ( the carb is just above the water level) I have seen fan blades pull themselves right into the radiator!).
👍👍❤️
