I am going to be honest. As someone that genuinely supports you on your weight loss journey, I feel annoyed by your food choices. Like seeing a child getting washed and then they become clean then they go back to the mud. Girl, do research on healthy meal plans. Stop buying soda for guests because you will get tempted. Leave white bread. Buy lactose free milk if you must take milk or almond milk. Get a blender, start juicing yummy yummy healthy smoothies that will keep you full....... I am also on a weight loss journey that's why naifeel😂😂😂😂 Eat clean and work out 5days..... Then weekend have your "cheatmeals" and let your body rest and recover then start again Monday ukiwa strong. Buy a cute 3litre or 2litre water bottle and make sure you finish it daily.... Water helps ALOT in weight loss. I AM SUPPORTING YOU!!!!!!!❤❤❤❤❤❤
When a mother decides to stop breastfeeding her child ,she doesn’t stop at once rather she minimizes the intake of the milk the baby takes …Thank you I’m working to improve and being healthy is a lifestyle for a long term not for days so adjusting is hard
