At one stage Brazil had Kaka, Ronaldo, Rivaldo and Ronaldinho in the starting XI, all Ballon d'or/football player of the year winners. Of course Kaka and Ronaldinho would win it later than Ronaldo and Rivaldo, but still. Actually insane. Plus they had Cafu, Adriano, Roberto Carlos, Emerson, Ze Roberto, Lucio. Very good team.

I was about 7 years old when I started watching football and World Cup 2006 was pretty much my first super in depth football experience as a fan. Was in love with France and Zidane, and loved Kaka when I was younger too.

@@MG-jq4js Yeah obviously not everyone but it's literally impossible for people younger than 17/18 to have seen Ronaldo or Ronaldinho in their primes, which is what I'm alluding to. TH-cam is dominated by that age group and younger however whilst I did generalize everyone with my comment, that wasn't my intention. Would have loved to see R9 in his prime. Caught Ronaldinho in 2006 but that was about it. Lucky enough to see both Messi and Ronaldo in their primes though which is amazing
@@MG-jq4js It's kind of like the youngsters of today who are getting into football, saying Messi isn't that good/overrated when they're catching him at the end of his career. Then they will say 'it's just highlights' when watching videos of moments back in their careers, when if you watched these guys play, you know they are in another dimension. A lot of people do that with R9, Ronaldinho, Zidane, Scholes, Kaka etc.
