My gran has diabetes and goes to dialysis at the hospital every 2nd day, she only has one non-working kidney and is partially blind because of it. Hopefully she will get new kidney😭

After a transplant you have to take lots of medication, they can come with lots of side effects, one being a “puffed up face”.
Steroids. Have done same to my face.

Steroids cause weight gain and that can lead to a puffier face bc I had the same type of thing
