    Thank you!!! The only timelapses I ever see are from seed to small sapling. I'm like.... I wanna see how this is supposed to fruit! Anyway, this is great.

    What amazes me most is how much the branches thicken. It’s soo cool to watch!

      Yes me too! Its a really fast growing tree. It was about 5 meters tall by year 3

      Wow what’s grow zone are you in and what’s the variety?

    • @TheTimelapseTeam
      @TheTimelapseTeam  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      The variety is Lord Napier. This tree is grown in the UK but inside a polyrunnel

    I was in search of a visual of a peach flower after bloom and you have confirmed my findings, thank you for the info

    This is great! We wondered what our tree was going to do, all seems to be going well and on track matching your video. Slightly different times frames here in Western Australia however :)

      Thank you 😊. Glad my video was useful! Yes it does appear that there is quite a difference between my location (UK) and warmer countries even though I'm growing inside a polytunnel

    Thank you for the Timelapse I needed to know how they fruit. What should I do if my peach flower’s pedals are falling off

    Hi! I really liked the Timelapse. One question though. Is it normal for the branches to get thicker during the nectarine fruit development?

    • @TheTimelapseTeam
      @TheTimelapseTeam  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thank you glad you liked the video 😊. Yes from my experience the branches get quite a bit thicker each summer. Its the quickest growing tree I've ever grown. It reached 5m tall in its 3rd year.

    I am in South London - do you think mine would live without being in a greenhouse? I have it last summer and it is now flowering but the flowers look dried and tired

    Great video! I did something like that this year, growing a fruit tree in a greenhouse. Mine were ripe at the end of May first week of June. Why were yours so much later? where are you located? climate maybe? thanks for making this!

    • @TheTimelapseTeam
      @TheTimelapseTeam  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thank you! 🙂 It could be the climate. I'm in the UK which is quite cold and wet. I am growing these inside a polytunnel though

    But how did it got pollinated was is not in a green house and I saw no bees going to the tree. Kwl video by the way!

    • @TheTimelapseTeam
      @TheTimelapseTeam  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      That tree is a self fertile variety. There were also a few bees that didn't show up in the video but not very many. I think the small amount of bees helped but this one should fruit without. Thank you 🙂

    so the pink flowers from the beginning, means that that’s where the fruit goes ?

    • @TheTimelapseTeam
      @TheTimelapseTeam  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes the fruits grow from the base of the flowers. Not all flowers will grow fruit though, about a quarter of them did roughly

    How did you manage to make it germinate?

    • @nathanieledwards8035

      I dont know how the maker of the video did it, but I can tell you how I did it.
      I carefully cracked open the pits of 6 or seven nectarines. I wet some paper towels with water and placed 2 or 3 seeds in side of two different zip lock bags. I then put them in the garage by a glass block window. They didnt seem to want to germinate, so o forgot about them. After about 4 months, I found them. They had sprouted to about 1.5". I put them in loose soil and they grew fast. They are about 6' tall now. Its been 3 years.
      There are a lot of videos out there. I encourage you to give it a try! 😁
