The sleeves I used are part# 02101, m3 screws that are short enough not to hit the cup but long enough to fully thread into the threads (use loctite but not too much, it can run into the bearing and seize it), and the shims and washers are from an assorted shim kit, around m3 size. I tried a few different versions of CVDs for these trucks, none survived. The joints fell apart even under normal driving, and axles snapped when jumping and bashing. I found it cheaper and simpler to just replace the dogbones when they would break.
