Dallas is the third largest city in Texas and the largest city in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, the fourth-largest metropolitan area in the United States at 7,5 million people. It is the county seat of Dallas County and the portion of the city extend into neighboring Collin, Denton, Kaufman, and Rockwall counties. The architecture of this city is amazing. Dallas's skyline has
twenty buildings classified as skyscrapers, over 490 feet in height. Despite its tallest building not reaching 980 feet, Dallas does have a signature building in Bank of America Plaza which is lit up in neon but falls outside the top two hundred tallest buildings in the world. Yes, this city is beautiful and like most cities in the world, it already has a plan for its future, which will be even brighter. Many projects need to be realized by 2030 and mark Dallas as the insane city of the future.

the issue with Dallas is the downtown core is pretty stagnant...all the growth is in the suburbs.

Spoiler alert: There are no video's of what the 2030 Dallas would look like. Just a lot of talk about cutting down the costs of building, electricity & water uses. No drawings. Save yourself 6 min. and click on something else.

Dallas sorely needs something.....its current downtown skyline is extremely old and dated looking compared to some other skylines, even in the South. Atlanta has, perhaps, the most beautiful and futuristic looking skyline architectural-wise of any city in the nation that I've seen (and certainly within the South) outside NYC and Chicago. Atlanta, however, has a beautiful landscape of hills and trees that complement its skyline. On the other hand, we have a flat and rather unattractive geographical landscape here in the Dallas and Ft. Worth areas.

0:13 “And the third largest city in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.” LOL! 😂😂😂
This video must be written by AI because that statement is absolutely idiotic. Dallas is the largest city in DFW. Name one city in DFW that’s larger.
“The Dallas skyline has 20 buildings classified as skyscrapers… over 490 feet.”
OOOOHHHHH! So impressive! (Sarcasm alert.) Houston has 50 buildings over 490 feet. Houston’s metropolitan area has over 7.3 million people without having Fort Worth and its immediate surroundings to add 2 million people to its numbers.

Fort Worth just as big as Dallas. 4th largest city in Texas and 12th largest city in America and no mention of Fort Worth. And it’s not the Dallas metro. It’s the dfw metro. Fort Worth is at one million people. Do your homework before you speak about the metro area. Fort Worth play’s a big role
