I won't know much about the terminal, but about the planes: the plane of the 60104 is the same size as the plane of the set 7894, but if you compare it to the plane of the 3182, the 60104 is smaller I think it's a little unfair to compare it to the 60022 as it's cargo, and the 60104 is passenger (Sorry if it got weird, I used Google translator)
