I can’t speak for alternatives, but the nitro press is awesome. Works as advertised and is the real deal. Great customer service from Hatfield’s as well. Well worth the money.
It’s interesting but I wish you’d gone through with selling just the tip individually. I have an isi whipped which I regularly use for desserts. It would be nice to be able to make nitro press like this but my need isn’t great enough to get a dispenser solely for the purpose of it. Although given you haven’t made it available separately in 3 years I imagine it’s unlikely you still will, but I can wish.
A lot of comments complaining about the price don't seem to understand what this thing actually does. It's not a whip cream dispenser or soda dispenser. It's compatible with N2, N2O, and CO2. It's not the same thing as a whip cream dispenser or a soda stream. A whip cream dispenser ONLY works with N2O charges, and a soda stream ONLY works with CO2. This thing can handle greater pressure than both those things because it can also infuse pure nitrogen in to your drinks. So you're effectively replacing your whip cream dispenser, soda stream, and nitro press with this ONE appliance. And no, if you put your cold brew in a whip cream dispenser you will NOT get exactly the same result as this for a nitro coffee, because you'll be using Nitrous oxide to thicken you're brew instead of pure nitrogen. N2O infuses much larger bubbles into your beverage than N2. It's a noticeably different mouth feel.
It’s laughable that people think $160 is too much, soda streams only operate with CO2 compression. Having a nitrogen compressor means your tools can handle up to 1.5 bars of pressure. Soda streams are like fisher price toys, while compressors are actual tools.
It’s irritating how sure of themselves they are about a nitropress being interchangeable with a soda stream or whipped cream canister. Although trying to make nitro coffee with a soda stream lmao that could be entertaining, hope they post it.
We actually haven't had a chance to try the iSi! The NitroPress produces results that are identical to commercial kegerators, so we think it'd be tough to beat!
No, we recommend only charging with one N2 cartridge and nothing else. You may use the NitroPress to carbonate a liquid using a CO2 cartridge, but we do not recommend combining gases as they may exceed the safe operating pressure of the siphon.
If you are having trouble we can definitely help you out with some troubleshooting! Since this is an older video we would be happy to send you an updated one!
This video is like... "Nitro coffee is HOT, you gotta buy this new, fancy, ultra expensive bottle to make it, otherwise you are lame!" At the same time $35 whipped cream dispenser gives you EXACTLY the same results!!!

Hi. I cannot seem to find your N2 chargers for this device . Can you please advise. Thanks

Is this something I can charge the night before and pour in the morning? Is there a maximum amount of time it would be good?
Absolutely! The contents will stay pressurized for several days!
What about using regular pour over coffee that's cold?
You could use that for sure with the Nitropress! We haven't tested it here at Prima, but would love to try it!
So that’s why my homemade version didn’t have the dense velvety head. I was using regular n2o whipped cream chargers.
Yes, we've found N2O tends to make fluffier, larger bubbles. N2 chargers are key to getting that creamy nitro-style head.

How would you compare this to the ISI version? Do they both yield the same result or does one make a better cup of nitro brew than the other?

I enjoy very cold nitro coffee, can we serve it over ice?
Yes you can!
What's the expense of that badboy? Amazon?
It's available on our site for $164.99, found here: prima-coffee.com/equipment/hatfields-london/hld-0016-hatfi
Would you recommend charging with co2 after the initial n2?

Coffee and carbon dioxide, DONT MIX WELL. It’ll taste disgusting 🤮
Can i get just the nozzle anywhere? If not any alternatives?
Unfortunately no. It's a patented nozzle that is only available as complete units.
Do you know when the cartridges will be for sale?
They are available now.

We will be restocked with more cartridges mid next week. Thanks for your patience.
Comment je peux avoir une au maroc est a quelle prix ???
Sir, this devise is just shaking and produce such a bubble like beer or need a nitrogen gas?
Nitrogen capsules are required for proper results. They create the head on the coffee, and provide pressure for dispensing into your cup.
Thank you for the informative video. I am planning to buy this product from Amazon.
How much liquid max?
The Nitropress has a 500 mL capacity.
So like they said it’s a whip cream bottle ($35)with a special trip. I should be able to get the special tip for say $20 maybe go super high $30.
Hi Prima I would love to review the Nitro Press. Do you sell them on Amazon? I review coffee gadgets often!
I'm so bad with mechanics. I just got this and it's overwhelming how many parts come with thus device. Couldn't they make this easier to use?
