BH Cosmetics stated in their current instagram stories that they are removing mirrors in a few items to be more sustainable 👍 Now if they only stopped putting pressed glitters in palettes...
Pressed glitters should be left in 2020!
Agreed, the Lunar New Year would have been my ideal palette if it hadn't been for the glitters, so I'm passing on it.
Yay! I hope they do change that! But in regards to mirrors I defs have enough in my palettes we don’t need them(feels like such a waste to have a mirror in every palette when I already have my fav travel fave palette with a mirror)! And if it makes the palette lighter and lowers price IM EVEN MORE FOR IT

I returned to my sister's quest bedroom and I grabbed my ipad and entered IG and there you where with your beautiful face, perfect makeup and effervescent energy telling the world about your collab with Kaladeos. You lifted me to a place of joy and excitement. I immediately went to Kadadeos and there was your stunning palette ready to go into my cart. (My timing was perfect!) Yesterday I got the notice that the palette has been shipped. I finally made it on time to one of your videos so you can read that you inform, educate, and entertain us, but for me you have given me a ray of Swedish Summer Light in a dark day.

BH cosmetics started making "extra clean" palettes and it means that they are choosing better ingriedients for their palettes and I think it has even something to do with them making the packaging easier to recycle. I like the concept a lot actually, I never use the mirrors in my palettes anyways (not even while travelling). :) Awesome looks, love you! xxx
Same here also palettes with mirrors freak me out cuz what if they break?
@@TheHersaWay You can't really do anything accept throwing it away once the mirror breaks, it's just not save 😕 as I said, I like the concept a lot and this is one of the reasons too. 😁
I love a mirror in a palette since then I can take advantage of natural light a lot easier by facing a window. But I don't need a mirror in every palette, so good on BH for making more recyclable packaging!

The bendability of this palette is blowing my mind. The first look---the white literally melted like paint into the other shades! Why can't all palettes be effortless?!

I just got this a few days ago and already I love it! BH did such a wonderful job, and I'm delighted that there's a Los Angeles themed palette that's something more than warm-toned neutrals (apparently that's just the idea makeup companies want to convey of us, that we're all bronzed and into neutrals XD)
As for "WeHo" it's pronounced "Wee-Hoe/Hoh" (not sure which one of those is more useful) It's short for West Hollywood; the neighborhood is known for our big LGBTQ+ community. Which speaking of that, I'm so tickled that they named that white matte "The Abbey" as that used to be one of my friends and my favorite bar/nightclubs in the before-times!

I'm pretty sure the BH cosmetics pallet is not limited edition so you can pick it up later.. that's my plan but I might also grab the Tokyo pallet.. I missed out on the club nebula pallet on launch day so I'm waiting for 17th feb to get here faster!
I am very fair & I enjoy having pastel palettes to lighten up looks using other palettes which are mid-toned to lighten them up so they don’t overpower my coloring & also for inner corner highlights.
I'm also very fair and if you're looking for a matte white that actually shows up on your eyelid, try Blow from Devinah Cosmetics. I've tried countless matte whites that blend into my vampire pale skintone but Blow (I hate the name though) is actually a full coverage white.

Looking at the palette, it looks textbook "meh". But once you apply the colours to your eyes, they really pop! Makes me want to try it out sometime later this year (along with the blueberry muffin, once I can get hold of it). Got confirmation that your palette with Kaleidos has shipped and I can't wait to play with it x
I love a mint/purple color combination. Both looks were beautiful! I think the negative first impressions were by people who were expecting to make this palette into something that it isn't. Your explanation of the properties of pastels was very helpful.💜💜
Almost every palette I decide to buy I always look up on TH-cam, and more often than not Angie has a video about it. So I’m just going to continue to buy palettes based on this channel.
This palette is cute I’m happy that the quality is great in this one as well! I don’t need this palette because I have a lot of pastel palette and it is similar to the ice cream dreams palette and I have it... these don’t put off pastel vibes to me though they are much brighter looking... love both looks the first was very unique and the second is my favorite I just love the color of the second so much!!!!
Weho pronounced with a hard o is short for West Hollywood. I bought this palette partially because it was pretty and partly because I lived in LA for most of my 20s, so all the names are super nostalgic for me 💖

I have been secretly admiring your looks over a year now. Tried to use more colours but always failing to rock the looks. Now i bought this palette and recreated the second look in this video and WOW! For the first time in my 38 year life I owned the look and proudly wore colourful look. Video idea if you would consider it maybe / learning about your country, places to visit, stores you have, what was school like ( like your English is spot on and beautiful), how many languages do you speak, places in Europe we should go to, food you love etc.

I love that you give such good tips, for example in this case all the explanation around the white that makes all the sense !!! And the tips for it not to look muddy, I understand now ! You also did that in another video when you explained how to make blue and green shadows to blend into the skin because these are colors that do not naturally blend with our skin, so I finally understood why I usually end up muddy
The tones in this palette definitely look a bit different than most pastel palettes out there and I really appreciate that. If I hadn't just bought some other BH palettes and the Club Nebula palette I probably would've been really tempted! The looks you did look so good though 😍

BH really ought to float a collab offer to Angie as well, because she’s really gotten me interested in so many of their palettes.
I did a pastel aqua/mint look this week mixing a few colourpop shades and then layering an Elf liquid glitter (good, not just good for the price) and I was blown away by all the tricks I picked up here for layering and mixing bright and pastel shades. I definitely put this on my loves list and want to have a peek at my palettes, but I don't think I have anything this bright and airy and I really enjoy it. Plus I like this formula better than the CP formula in most palettes this year. Such good looks Angie!

I think I ordered this palette, am pretty sure I did. There was a coupon at Ulta and ya know, lock down and the fact that were kind of in 2020 the sequel. I'm a bit afraid of color, well bright colors, but my inner child is so excited, I swear she's doing backflips! Pastels just seem fun, if I don't enjoy them as much as I want to, I will pass it on and it will make someone else happy. :)
WeHo is west Hollywood for short Californias are weird and give nicknames for everything. The looks are beautiful. I dont use pastels I am mid tone kind of girl who occasionally plays with deeper colors. I love how beautiful you make everything look
I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth the mattes were, especially that white and that sunset boulevard is stunning.
I LOVE this palette, I'm so happy I was able to get hold of it from Beauty Bay, it's totally consistent with the great quality of all their recent palettes and I'm living for them:)

Angie! I got the Cake palette on your recommendation and I have to say that I’m in love with it. I love the colors and I also was impressed with the brown in it. I’ve gotten used to some dryer, less impressive browns lately (Colourpop, drugstore) and don’t really worry about it. Now I think if I ever want to get another neutral palette I will look for one from Glamlite. The formula is so nice! I used the orange and yellow shades even though I always thought they looked bad on me and some of that brown, and I actually really like the look I did. Watching you has gotten me to actually try colors instead of just assuming I can’t wear them, and you’ve introduced me to some of my favorite products and brands. I am eagerly waiting to see your Nebula palette in person! If I want a pastel palette I think I’ll wait for the creepy cute to come out again. I’ve always wanted it and I want to get something from Shroud to try as well. I don’t think I need anything else, really. I feel like I’m good. If I wanted to I could pick up some colored liners from la girl or Colourpop, but really... I just think I’m happy with what I have. I might break down some of my palettes and or give them to friends, sanitized as well as possible. I have everything I want, really. I’m good. I think I’m done. I don’t have a huge collection but I have some excess I can get rid of or pan through. I’m still looking forward to your videos though, your looks are always so creatively inspiring and I just love your energy.
Jaz Helton I also tried out Glamlite (ice cream dream) because of Angelica and the formula is really that good! I agree with the mentality of appreciating what you already have in your collection 💚
Almost every time you review a new BH palette I end up buying it. Your photos and demos are much better than what the brand puts out. I love the travel and brunch themed palettes and had quite a few before you jumped on the BH train, but you really help people see their potential. My order should be coming today, I'm looking forward to playing with pastels. 😊
I finally broke down and bought the Blueberry Muffin palette because of you; it just arrived today and it's beautiful! I also have the Love in London palette (I like the metallics more than the mattes) and the original Zodiac palette, which I love!
I wasn't planning on picking this up but then I saw it on BeautyBay and spontaneously bought it haha 😂 but I've actually been loving it so far, the shimmers are especially beautiful imo!

This palette looks like spring meadow in a palette, makes me yearn for warmth and sun instead of this dark and cold batcave currently in Finland (and Sweden, too). This palette is literally me compressed into eyeshadows 😁 Simply stunning and I think it will be my favorite for a whole while.
Beautiful looks! I have the Menagerie pastel pup, which is mainly an all matte pastel palette and I really enjoy it. I had the ice cream palette and was disappointed by it because many of the pastel mattes barely showed up on my lid no matter what I did (I usually do a white base when using pastels to make them pop more). Some of them also had no pigment and I dealt with a lot of creasing. Therefore, I decluttered it to a friend. This palette looks like what I hoped the ice cream palette would be. Maybe I'll buy it at some point.

I love that you review so many bh palettes. I used to have quite a few, but I never really loved the quality. It seems like that’s been stepped up a lot recently, so I can see myself making an order very soon

Love the concept of Los Angeles (my hometown) but I wished they would have included more of the non-white names, places, etc. Maybe I could redesign this palette 🎨 🤔

I believe if they take out the mirror in the palettes, it is easier to recycle. I can’t say for certain, but that is simply my opinion.
I’m waiting for the restock for the Glamlite palette because I can see these two palettes working so well together. Pastels are not common so I feel like I don’t have many shades in my collection to create a complete look so the more the merrier ☺️

This palette is soooo tempting but being a darker skinned girl I think I'll wait until it gets to my Ulta so I can make sure the shades will work for me. The shadows do look decently pigmented on you, andyour looks today are stunning!
