I was wondering if you could please explain the ARCP/Appraisal and revalidation process for people who who are full registered and obtained a license but moved to practise abroad but still would like to keep their registration and license for future incase they would like to come back to the uk and practise. ربنا يوفقك ياعمر.. السؤال ده صعب جدا على أي حد انه يجاوب عليه.. لكن في الأغلب ان العجز في مهنة الطب على مستوى العالم لن يتم سده خلال العشر سنوات القادمة.. أما طريقة السفر والدول التي سيمكن (أو يسهل) السفر لها فقد تختلف طبعا

I just have on question does the study or training to be a specialist (as you said run through or coupled training)is for free or I should pay for that and how much does it cost as a range if it’s not free
And the second one fy1&2 is a job and i get salary for it or it’s just training and there is no salary for it
