I really wished KC and Brett made it to endgame man, their whole friends to lovers to enemies to lovers thing was really interesting. I liked Brett the most out of the guys KC dated (although I loved Darien too) mostly because they were both involved with the organization and KC didn’t have to hide that half of herself around him. I honestly miss that show lol, I loved it when I was little.

So yeah, there’s sometimes genuine friends and some are slithery snakes. It depends on the friendship too. You can sometimes sniff out which ones lift you up and which ones are jealous of you.
I think healthy skepticism is what is most important though. Its nice to have faith in your friend and believe them more than you doubt but you should never 100% believe a claim nor act on that 100% belief just cause it came from someone you trust because even people you trust can lie and manipulate you
