  • Start your Pilates journey with this 30-minute Beginner Pilates workout 🌸
    Pilates is a mind-body exercise that is very effective, but not exhausting - no jumping, no squats. So breathe deeply(don't hold your breath), control your movements and feel all your muscles working. By doing Pilates, you will tone your body, burn fat, and definitely feel healthier and stronger 💗
    You won't need any equipment, just a mat, so you can practice at home or anywhere on a flat surface.
    Whether you're new to Pilates or just want to slow down, but work on your body, this workout is for you. We will train all the body with focuse on deep core, abs, back, glutes and legs, and, of course, we will do stretching and relaxation.
