My wife left me due to the birth of a special child. she abandoned the new born and my other two kids and asked for divorce. I am taking care of my kids all alone . May Allah make things easy for me and give me a faithful spouse who can adopt my children and be a loyal wife ameen. I dont know if anyone will ever read this but I have struggled with anxiety and depression for almost 8 years and my sorrows and misery and loneliness have gotten the better of me and I cant stop being anxious, I always get scared of dying or something bad happening to my family, 2009 was the last year I was happy and I still yearn for peace and happiness, sometimes I believe Allah is punishing me for not being a good Muslim and I get angry at myself for not being a better Muslim, I never prayed five times a day and I miss Friday prayers, I am jobless and overweight. This Friday I went to Jummah numaz after so long and it felt good, I really want to re learn all my suras and numaz and start praying 5 times a day, and want to be consistent. If anyone is reading this please do dua for me, inshallah I will pass this test.

After this Ayah الم يجدك يتيما فئاوي I could not hold my tears and fall Sajdah for Allah as I've grown up as an orphan and seem to be a very successful today. Alhamdulillah and may Allah relieve all the struggles we're all facing.

I heard this surah 4 years ago at the time of big difficulty in my life and it gave me so much positivity since then and Alhamdullilah now after 4 years I am amazed how believing in Allah’s words actually changed everything for the better for me.. it was just a miracle hearing these words and how they were so true! SubhanAllah raising a child and he's 10 now. This Sura duha is a miracle! There are upsand downs. Society often turns off face as if I'm guilty, often ALLAH soothes our hearts by very good people around. Had I not turned into this change with hijab and being choosy about halal haram then life would be more smooth but it wouldn't be worth finding the peace to strive for the neatness of Allah. At this age of 38 Alhamdulillah my son and I strive together,we received a lot, lost a lot but we have hope, we are satisfied with our Deen.

I am 28 years old, suffering from depression from past 10 years. My anxiety and depression has made me hypertensive in this age. I can't sleep, can't get out of bed, can't do any work. The fear of dying, fear of something bad happens, fear of eating, fear of going out.. Alottt of fears made my life miserable, can't explain the pain of physical symptoms. I am on various medications, had to go cardiac emergencies several times but i m hoping one day it will get better. Please remember me in your prayers. I really need them.

I have depression and PTSD, I just had a bad panic attack and I was looking for specific surahs to recite when I found this and I love reciting this surah but I did not know its impact and strength till now Al7amdulillah. I dont know if anyone will ever read this but I have struggled with anxiety and depression for almost 8 years and my sorrows and misery and loneliness have gotten the better of me and I cant stop being anxious, I always get scared of dying or something bad happening to my family, 2009 was the last year I was happy and I still yearn for peace and happiness, sometimes I believe Allah is punishing me for not being a good Muslim and I get angry at myself for not being a better Muslim, I never prayed five times a day and I miss Friday prayers, I am jobless and overweight. This Friday I went to Jummah numaz after so long and it felt good, I really want to re learn all my suras and numaz and start praying 5 times a day, and want to be consistent. If anyone is reading this please do dua for me, inshallah I will pass this test.

@@Noname-k5o1n to my knowledge it refers to the time when Hazrat Muhammad SAW used to meditate alot in GHAR E HIRA so at that time Allah almighty blessed him with prophethood because Hazrat Muhammad SAW was in search of truth at that time and he was very much invested in it according to Dr Israr Ahmed's interpretation of the ayat .....but i will look into some other scholar's too

Brother i watch this vdo in 2016 when i was studying masters in englad.. i was somehow deepressed very badly and by mistake i clicked this vdo and heard completely.
It touched my heart to deepest and i memorised this surah in very short time and since then i never missed my salah until today.

You can find a job. Don't quit. Though you tried 100 times, it's in 101 Allaah kept it for you. Don't lose hope 🙏 Same with me, after 2 years i found job. After applying for more than 600-700. I guess almost 1000 jobs in portals like jobstreet, linkedin, monster etc.

I heard this surah 4 years ago at the time of big difficulty in my life and it gave me so much positivity since then and Alhamdullilah now after 4 years I am amazed how believing in Allah’s words actually changed everything for the better for me.. it was just a miracle hearing these words and how they were so true! SubhanAllah raising a child and he's 10 now. This Sura duha is a miracle! There are upsand downs. Society often turns off face as if I'm guilty, often ALLAH soothes our hearts by very good people around. Had I not turned into this change with hijab and being choosy about halal haram then life would be more smooth but it wouldn't be worth finding the peace to strive for the neatness of Allah. At this age of 38 Alhamdulillah my son and I strive together,we received a lot, lost a lot but we have hope, we are satisfied with our Deen.

I am 28 years old, suffering from depression from past 10 years. My anxiety and depression has made me hypertensive in this age. I can't sleep, can't get out of bed, can't do any work. The fear of dying, fear of something bad happens, fear of eating, fear of going out.. Alottt of fears made my life miserable, can't explain the pain of physical symptoms. I am on various medications, had to go cardiac emergencies several times but i m hoping one day it will get better.
