PS3 Optical Drive Replacement

How do you change the optical drive on a PS3? Sony Playstation 3. CD-Rom. Replace. Howto. Remove. Removal.

You didn't mention that the PCB on the drive is married to the motherboard and needs to be swapped onto the new drive. Also you forgot to replace the 4-pin connector at the end.
