You are a great handyman and can do it all from what I've seen in your previous videos. Maybe you should consider doing indoor renovations for people (like the ladies that stopped and asked if you did that work) so you don't have to be out in the cold during the winter. I don't know how you do this in the winter when the ground is frozen and too cold to work outside. You are a champ for still doing this but don't feel like you need to in the winter because if you stopped during the cold, we will all still be here when you get back! Thank you for another great transformation and don't apologize for splitting it up, we want you to be safe!
Anyone working outside in 7 degrees deserves a medal. 🎖️ Another great job Sean. With the sidewalks cleared off people can now see those danger spots. Hope you’re wearing some thermals lol I was cold just watching. To anyone who has never experienced that temperature, trust me, it makes physical activity much harder.
Sean, you are a scream! The befores for AG1 are hilarious. Reading a book then seeing you in your chair asleep a glasses askew. A riot. Then at the end you pop up out of the dumpster. Who is your writer? 7 degrees and your working outside? I remember being in New York City at 4 degrees. I live in Florida and have a freeze 32 degrees. Great work. I remember living in Seattle and during winter was a good time to pick up dog poop because it was frozen.lol. God bless you Sean. Lord, take care of this ministry. Yep, not just a job, but a ministry!
Sean since it so windy you should try using fishing weights taped to the corners of your tarp. The right size weights can stop the tarp from blowing in and over while you shovel the debris . It works for me while I'm working.
Sean, you are a hardworking man and do a fantastic job, I wish there were more men like you. I know your wife and children appreciate you, I can see it when your daughter brings you coffee and food.
Those winter videos are hardcore! All those other lawn channels take the winter off or drive south but you stay and tough it out in Michigan. I remember your first video asking for Al Bladez help but I think Al Bladez could learn a thing or two from you! ;)
A lot of the lawn care guys, and girls, can use some lessons from Sean, he's got this down to a science and I honestly believe he is the best at these jobs over the rest
You should both watch the video Outdoors with Erik posted yesterday. It was a jungle of a yard, with weeds/vines/trees growing up into the wires on the utility poles and overflowing the yard into the neighbors' properties. And at least 2 tractor tires hidden underneath the mess.
An idea: it would be great to throw flower seeds onto the grounds of abandoned houses, after cleaning them up. And it could also make great photos, like “a year later, what does the sad old place look like?...”. ...and over time, we'll be able to clearly see the number of plots you've cared for and embellished 🙂
Get some branding on your awesome new trailer brother! I absolutely love the opportunity you provide for us to join with you and help our neighbors. Whether it is a neighbor in Michigan or a neighbor in Uganda, we get to share some love. How incredible is that ?

I only started watching clean-up videos in the last couple of months, and I am amazed that you are one of the best. You handle the edging, trim the trees, mow the lawns, and remove all the rubbish. You even take care of maintenance, buy materials, fix fences, and repair steps for others. I have never seen anyone put so much effort into the properties you have worked on. You are truly an inspiration. May God bless you and your family always. I love watching all your videos, and I live in New Zealand. Great work, Sean!
I bought my husband a blower so he could blow out our rain gutters from the ground on our ranch home. I didn't think about it until the woman helping me pointed out that the blower could also be used for light snow that doesn't need snow blowing. We usually get wet snow, but it is good to clear walkways. I am in SE Wis, where now it is in the same conditions. Cold, gray, little or no snow. I haven't been outside in days, except to run the garbage or compost out to the cans. My husband goes out for wood and the mail. All that bending in the cold makes my back hurt just watching you. Thank you for doing this work. Every city needs someone like you to help Keep America Beautiful. I don't know when that was a slogan, but we sure need it always.
It amazes me how much trash people throw on these abandon lots! And right across from a church too, have they no scruples?!! Just picking up the trash and doing the sidewalk was half the battle with this house! Nice job as always Sean!!

I don't mind seeing you clean properties in more than one video. Some of the yards are so bad that it can't be done in one day. You are an amazing person and you go above and beyond helping people.
Hey Sean, was driving down Jos Campeau this afternoon and saw a backpack blower laying on the corner. That's kinda odd for January I thought. As I passed the side street I looked down and saw the camera rig and a guy edging/trimming. It then dawned on me that was you! I'm a fan. I swung around the block and waved at you going by. Man, you looked cold!! Thx for all the hard work you do helping folks.

You jogged my memory, I’m also 70, and very young my dad had me sweeping gravel off of the apartment house carport concrete aprons. They had gravel driveways. No leaf blowers or weed eaters back then in the 1960’s. Then mowing and other odd job stuff. Always earning a few bucks $ for a kid. And work ethics
Honestly, it’s a shame that the folks in these neighborhoods don’t learn to adapt your work ethic and clean up their own messes. It’s sad. You are a blessing to these neighborhoods.

Don't get too cold out there. 🎉 ☀️A friendly thought: As an offering to their respective communities & neighborhoods, church members might spend one day per month walking a neighborhood picking up trash along the street & sidewalk areas. Then move on to a different neighborhood the following month. Month after month. 🏡🏫🏠🕍🏘
Thank you for all you do Sean. Watching your videos cost me money in a good way I’ve bought some of the same tools you use. After watching your videos I’m exhausted it’s almost like I’m right there helping you 😂 May God continue to bless you in good health and keep up the amazing work.
I can't blame you 😂. I on the other hand am in Texas with thermals on. Freezing temps here all week. Yesterday I only needed a shirt sleeve shirt. Not today.
I really liked the Newyears resolutions segment! Living with ADHD has taught me that you shouldn't wait for whole numbers in order to start or stop. I was discussing my Newyears resolution on November 5th. I decided that I would just start on november 5th. It's been almost exactly 2 months and going great. Never wait if you want something to change.
You are a brave soul! I would definitely be waiting until springtime to work outside! Looks amazing! There really was a sidewalk under all of that trash and debris! You do an amazing job for the neighborhood.
As an avid UK watcher from the start and having lived and worked in Alabama for a couple of years, I am always fascinated by the different names you call items. Sidewalk is a Pavement in the UK, whipping is strimming and dumpster is a trailer here as a dumpster is a whole different piece of equipment. Sidewalks/Pavements are owned by the city or as we call them councils, and they look after them, or supposed to lol. Wish we had someone like Sean in the Uk. Place would be a much better place to live in.
I will never understand how anyone can dump trash like that and just leave it in a community. You have to be trash yourself to do something like that because there is no excuse for it. Great job, as always, Sean, and you are a great human being for cleaning up other people's communities.
I am always amazed at people like this. They just want to see an overgrown sidewalk and it becomes their personal dump. Smdh. Yea. People like that are trash themselves.
Possibly because of laziness and/or possibly because trash collection costs money. I have actually seen people take their personal trash and go dump it in the local church's dumpster so they don't have to cover the cost of the trash pick up, yet the church does. I've also heard of teenagers using the outside outlet at the church to charge their devices, instead of using their own utilities at home.
I was thinking that all the trash in the back yard must be from the people who live there. I don’t get how you can live somewhere and just open your door and throw junk out there. It then makes you think how long will it stay nice. Having said that Sean is amazing and doing this for the community is such a great thing. Once a property looks run down others take advantage and start dumping. Thankfully they have Sean to take care of it all 😊
This has happened in a few communities I have lived in. Local governments start charging longtime residents for bags or really high fees to dump trash and this is what happens. They find properties where they think no one cares and dump. Many are transient people moving out or are small companies dumping after an apartment clean out. Many times they dump appliances as well. Cities and towns need to start enforcing anti dumping laws and require people to register if they are a cleaning business that dumps stuff. They should be required to say where and how much as least an estimate. I think that would cut down on a lot of this foolishness.
WOW - look at you doing yard work in the frozen Tundra! HA! Great work as always!!!!! EDIT: Your News Year's Resolution clip was hilarious!!!! Been there, done that!
I cant believe your out in the cold, blessing your community, God bless you Sean for doing your best .I'm an old lady sometimes I pick up trash, but where I live people just don't throw their trash down . I love your videos ❤❤❤
Thanks for picking up the trash as well as the leaves and other debris that would cause the drain to clog. That was a lot of edging and shovel work that will last for at least four months until late spring. I appreciate you continuing to work in the cold when weedy dead grass yards look so bad and forlorn. Blessings to you.
Someone makes a yard tool that vacuums leaves and shreds them into a bag. I wonder how it would work on paper trash? I’m 75 and trust me, your back has a fixed number of bends and you are burning through yours. Work on your core abdominal muscles daily, it will help protect your back and lower the risk of surgery. Good luck, you’re doing good work that goes beyond the transformed yards!
I hate that people throw litter out like that. Thank you for your hard work and kind heart. I recently moved and I got behind on my videos I’m caught up now. You work really hard in that freezing cold weather. I thought you might have made you a little fire. Great job as always Sean!

Thank you!! You said what is in my heart too. Sean is such an example of what the Devine wants us to do and be.
Amen!
Big AMEN🙏🙏
You are one hardworking dude!
I don’t usually post actual words, but I just had to today. What you’re doing is just great! Thank you so much for all of your hard work and dedication!
Sean you have a big heart and you make this old woman’s heart happy when I watch your videos. I wish you continued success in 2025 and I hope your kindness and generosity are paid back 100 fold.
It's not important the "completion" of a job - it's the momentum and consistent approach to doing some good that is the message I get from you. Leaning into perfectionism only drains the spirit. Thank you, Sean.
Hi Sean.
Never feel you have to apologise for not completing a yard in said time.
We will wait forever, as we just "sit back, relax and enjoy these wonderful transformations"
Blessings yo you and your family
If they ever figure out cloning I could think of nobody better. Imagine 5 or 10 midlife stockman's running around. Beautifying America.
Heck the whole planet.
Sean your apology is never expected and there’s no reason to apologize. There are very few channels I anticipate seeing what they’ve done, your channel is at the top. Can’t wait for the rest!! Amazing transformation thus far!!
Anybody that ever worked in Gardening or something similar knows that you dont get warm from what Sean is doing in the beginning, clearing the fence etc, but he keeps going anyway, that is dedication. Hope you took a few coffee breaks Sean.
What can I say… Sean you are a ROCK STAR!!!! 🎉Freezing cold and you still pick up trash and edge sidewalks like no other! You and Al Bladze should have a fence line cleaning competition. 😂 Thank you for always going above and beyond. You are the epitome of “if it’s worth doing, it’s worth overdoing! ❤❤❤
Thanks for the very kind words!!
25:51 Orange kitty in the back yard. 26:52 Fast black kitty in the back yard. I see both cats off and on during the video. You gave them some excitement this day.
i noticed them too! now they don’t have to run around trash ❤
I can't even leave the house in such cold weather. You are a superhero.
Thanks, Sean, for another Midlife Monday. Monday's just wouldn't be the same without watching your great efforts on every project you undertake. Blessings from a snowy UK 🇬🇧
Sean!!! Please take care of yourself! You take on these enormous jobs with no help and it takes a toll on your body. Your family needs you to be the best husband and dad you can be. Please don't try to push yourself so hard in the extreme temps. We will always watch and support you no matter how long it takes. Im Just a concerned fan. I pray for many blessings for you and your family. Have a blessed New Year! 😊
I worry about his back. Mine hurts just watching him.
Removing all that trash makes it look a hundred times better🎉
You are such an amazing person. The Lord has given you a very special gift of love for others.
@ that’s why I said anyone
Wow...he says "I think we're through the hardest part" then starts shoveling like crazy. ❤
God Bless You and may He protect you from the cold
Amazing what you do working alone. If only all the people who dumped the trash there were as ethical and hard-working. Blessings
@@tnolan3176not if help has the same charitable mindset that he does. Myself, if I offered to help him, I would not expect wages.
I haven't been out of the house in two days because it's so cold, but here you are doing what you do. Bless you Sean!
You are a tonic Sean...we all need reminding to be kinder and more helpful to our neighbours...with less judgement. Bless you man for all you do.❤
What a blessing you are Sean. This neighborhood needed your help desperately. How wonderful for them to see someone cares.
Or they show snow removal
An idea: it would be great to throw flower seeds onto the grounds of abandoned houses, after cleaning them up. And it could also make great photos, like “a year later, what does the sad old place look like?...”. ...and over time, we'll be able to clearly see the number of plots you've cared for and embellished 🙂
That's a wonderful idea!
💐🌸💮🏵🌹🌺⚘️🌷🌼🌻
That is a good idea
Not to mention how difficult it is to squat in a spot that is infested with bees 🐝🐝🐝🐝👽🗿👽
Don't you think he does enough? Give the guy a break.
I was just thinking he should go back in the summer to see how good it looks green! lol
Get some branding on your awesome new trailer brother! I absolutely love the opportunity you provide for us to join with you and help our neighbors. Whether it is a neighbor in Michigan or a neighbor in Uganda, we get to share some love. How incredible is that ?
You are such a blessing to the different communities that you are helping. Definitely a servant of God. ❤
I've had a bad start to my Monday, but NOW... it's Midlife Monday! My coffee is ready and so am I. Let's get to working on this transformation! Lol
Sean you don’t have to apologise, there are only so many hours in a day that you can work, you do what you can in the time you have, we all enjoy watching your videos
The Church Could Have Helped!!
@@brendagreen5853 My thoughts exactly. Take a group around the neighbourhood pick up trash. Show some pride in the area you live and not add to it.
Try to keep it positive. Sean doesn't judge!
@@jacqueresch6534 we are keeping it positive, who wants to see somebody throwing garbage onto their yard? Do you?!!!
Based on the amount of dirt and grass you excavated from the sidewalk, it had not seen any love for several years! Thank you for what you do for your community ❤
Yay, it’s Sean Monday!
Oh my goodness! I've never seen a channel like this. Lawn mowing content creators usually just travel to warmer climates during the winter. Stay warm Sean. You are such a hard worker. Great job!!😊
Sean, thank u for doing such a great job! It's rewarding for me to see your hard work, kindness and compassion for others. I hope some of the negative commenters will stop judging what others aren't doing and concentrate on the positive u r accomplishing. U show a good example to others and from your past videos I know it makes a difference to those neighbors you have touched!
I gotta give u credit,u are a brave man for working out in the cold , but u are an awesome person keep up the great work u do, I love people like u who makes the world a beautiful place, thank you Sean.😊
I am fortunate to live in a city in Michigan where no one permits litter in any form. Home owners pick up anything that blows from a vehicle within hours.
I feel bad for people living in houses with property that looks like this. Thank goodness for someone like you and the help you give people.
You're really raising the bar, you are going to start a new trend of winter landscaping. God bless you.
Ha!! Love that.
Happy first Monday of 2025 Sean, family and everyone! Thank you for your Godly example and dedication to your communities, State and the rest of us! The black cat running around hunting was appreciate of you too, hopefully you scared some food for him/her and the orange tabby too. Many blessings Stockman family!!!
Oh, I missed the cat, I wish I had seen it!
Sean, you're the best, the most dedicated and hardworker I've seen on yard transformations! Thanks again for another great video!
Oh, my goodness! Sean, please stay warm. Don't want you sick again. And, just note, Covid is on the rise, again. Please be careful. Love you and person you are. Blessings from SC.
I don't think I've seen any lawn channel do cleans up during the winter months, Sean you take dedication to a whole new level!!! God Bless you and keep you safe and healthy🙏❤
I’m so surprised nobody bought you a hot chocolate or a cup of coffee after you cleaning up their community you think that they would really appreciate having a generous person to give his time and energy to such a good cause people like you try their hardest to help, but it never turns out it would be nice to see their community go from needing help to you healthy
Keep it positive! Sean does and doesn't judge or expect favors.
Sad to say there are people who are undisciplined in throwing their garbage. Thank God there is a midlife stockman who happens to be gifted with patience, skills, and courage to clean the environment. Kudos Sean but keep safe always. God bless you and your family ❤
When I was about 7 years old I would clean & sweep the basement & the garage, shovel the walk & cut the grass. I must have OCD because I am still the same . My mom was the cleanest housewife ever.❤ Getting ready for the big 70 in August but feel & look 50. Just loving life🎉❤🎉❤🎉❤
You jogged my memory, I’m also 70, and very young my dad had me sweeping gravel off of the apartment house carport concrete aprons. They had gravel driveways. No leaf blowers or weed eaters back then in the 1960’s. Then mowing and other odd job stuff. Always earning a few bucks $ for a kid. And work ethics
Those frozen sidewalks are monsters!!!
See you next week!!
Honestly, it’s a shame that the folks in these neighborhoods don’t learn to adapt your work ethic and clean up their own messes. It’s sad. You are a blessing to these neighborhoods.
Especially with 2 churches right across the street!
Same thought
Hey Sean, Thank You for doing what you do to help people during their time of need, not many can say that, so once again i'll say it, " Thank You Sean " God bless you, God places us were he wants us, take care can't wait to see pt 2.
Love Mondays with Midlife !! And now it will be Tuesdays with Al Bladez too !! I just love you guys, your kindness & charity to others is OUTSTANDING !! May the Lord bless you 🙏🏼. KINDNESS is contagious ❤.
Thank you for introducing me to Al Blades 👍Another blessing to his community.
So glad you are here too! You are the man for the job. We here in Michigan are used to this weather. I will enjoy this transformation!
You work efficiently and glad you are pacing yourself in this weather conditions.
Some talk about being a Christian but you dear man, are the real example of what a real Christian is. Doing for others , and getting such joy in doing it!! Honored I got to “ know” you ❤!
Thank you for your kind words!!
Hi Sean. ❄️Brrrrr ❄️& Great job. @33:30 I also have one of those manual edging tools. It's handy, effective & a workout.
Don't get too cold out there. 🎉
☀️A friendly thought: As an offering to their respective communities & neighborhoods, church members might spend one day per month walking a neighborhood picking up trash along the street & sidewalk areas. Then move on to a different neighborhood the following month. Month after month. 🏡🏫🏠🕍🏘
The dumpster was such a blessing
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Thank you for all you do Sean. Watching your videos cost me money in a good way I’ve bought some of the same tools you use. After watching your videos I’m exhausted it’s almost like I’m right there helping you 😂 May God continue to bless you in good health and keep up the amazing work.
Yeah you're right! I bought me that side holster chainsaw by stihl. My Christmas present to myself❤❤❤❤😊😊😊😊😊😊
In my part of australia it was 104 today….i might take a raincheck on the warm drink and blanket 🥵
Fight fire with fire we like to say 👽🗿👽
I can't blame you 😂. I on the other hand am in Texas with thermals on. Freezing temps here all week. Yesterday I only needed a shirt sleeve shirt. Not today.
Then, maybe you should get a glass of iced tea or a cold beer. :)
Go for surf maybe 😅
You, Sir, are truly an angel. Thank You for your hard work and dedication to helping others! You're an inspiration!
The good Sean not that bad Shawn. 😂
That was a strange comment they made to him !! ☃️
Starting the year the best way, watching MS first monday morning 2025 😊 Hugs for everyone!
Cheers to that! 😃❤️ @@aemyay5169
Thank you for the thankless difference you are making in the neighborhoods. You are a shining example of who we all could and should be. God bless.
No apologies necessary. Can't wait until next Monday. Great job 👏 👍 👌 🙌 😀 💪 ❤😊
Different cultures have different standards of behavior.
Sean, you are the only person besides my dad who has a neat, clean and edged sidewalk fetish. Love it Happy New Year and keep on taking and shoveling!
Good morning, Sean it's great to see you and how much you are doing for all the communities 😊👍
You work as hard in the winter time as you do when its beautiful outside. You will get it done and it will be marvelous. Love you Sean,
I hate that people throw litter out like that. Thank you for your hard work and kind heart. I recently moved and I got behind on my videos I’m caught up now. You work really hard in that freezing cold weather. I thought you might have made you a little fire. Great job as always Sean!
You are one determined man already looking better ❤
