I am blessed to say I am the first to comment on this. Mike D and Yung putting everybody on game. Sometimes you got to have a little heated discussion to get a very valid point across. Mike D standing on business.
Willie d was there, he was on stage. 3-2 had already passed but he definitely was represented on the projector, I recall they also spoke about mean green. Understandably a few people might of gotten forgotten but I think it was great event that no one else had the foresight to do so props to Donnie Houston and Bun B.
Never understood why he started putting “SUC” on his name recently. I understand he’s done ton’s of hits for SUC artists but I’ve never seen other producers go that route. I’m 49 and remember buying all these albums and started seeing his name in the credits more and more. His talent can’t be denied. His early solo stuff is kinda hard to get into. More r&b early 90’s type. Check out the Code 3 album and the group D.O.W.N. he produced. Also check out The compilation “Syrup City Hits” is all the hits he did that’ll surprise you how big his catalog is.
I know all of this history and more about the city when it comes to the artist.. Shot out to Jaim-Dogg. Ya'll better respect that Raheem the vigilante album. I bought that cassette at least 5 times. Then he drop that underground jugglin. and NIGGA please dont act like ROYAL FLUSH didn't make a run.
