Hello today I got the mail from embassy to submit the passport. That email I received from embassy was confirmed that we got visa. Or not
I needed some help..i also had an appointment on 22 September in vfs delhi but i haven't received any mails till now...i was asked to come again on 1 October for biometrics and i am waiting for masters visa till now. I mailed the authorities and got a reply 4 days back that immigration office Ausländerbehörde has completed the process and now final decision will be taken by embassy...how many days this can take can you please help
Hello Rajat, your videos have been really helpful throughout. For the Mumbai consulate, as i know from my friends, we do not need to go for stamping if we have submitted the passport on the day of our first visa appointment. We will get the passport couriered to the requested address. Is that correct? Or do we have to follow this process that you have mentioned in the video?
Yes, you are right, for Mumbai they are offering to keep passport as of latest I knew, and then you directly get passport couriered to you if you have opted for courier service.

Hey Rajat can you pls mention all the docs which were required for your d stamping visa & especially the insurance docs.
Like were you required to submit both travel health insurance as well as medical/health insurance (that public healthcare wala) or only travel health insurance. Pls elaborate on them.
I have already mentioned all the documents in the video which I submitted.
For the health insurance query, you just need to show travel health insurance for stamping, the actual health insurance which cover your stay in Germany only get active after you reach Germany and ask your insurer to activate it.

Hi rajat congratulations for your visa, please tell us if you can help us in case of accomodation in Germany Berlin, last time also in VFS appointment you have given extension letter, then y new extension letter was required
For accommodation as students good apps to find wg is wg-gesucht, ImmoScout24, Immowelt. If you cannot find student dorm at Uni, then these website have good student options, so keep trying. Also many Uni provide, partner details or contact of private dorms as well, so you can write email to them as well. For more detail regarding accommodation, I will make a video in future.
It's not the new extension letter. Just same letter needs to be submitted again,if the same already covers the delay in arrival.
Can I pay the fees at VFS office itself on the day of appointment?
Sir VFS appointment is of 09 April 2024. Sir, by mistake, my vocational training appointment was booked and my biometric was also done but sir, later I came to know that I had to book an appointment for internship training, so sir, what can I do now for its correction so that my biometric of internship training is done instead of vocational training...... please sir ask nd help me please sir

Can you please confirm whether we need to pay only tuition fees for first year in advance or semester contribution fees as well?
For public uni there is no tuition fee, just the semester fee, and you have to pay semester contributions for just 1st sem in advance. For Baden-Württemberg state there is a fee of 1500 euro for public uni for non-EU students, so you have to pay this fee plus the semester contribution for 1st sem in advance.
Then for private schools, it totally depends on how they want money.

TestAS is needed for application from 1st Jan onwards. But since u just want to apply for summer sem, they may allow application wihtout it. Please check with embassy, what they are willing to allow.

I wanted to ask you wheteher it was possible for me to apply for masters in January 2023 for the winter intake in October 2023. As I wont have my degree certificate or S1-S8 marks in January.

Yes you can apply for winter semester. Just keep in mind that for APS certification application you need provisional or Final degree in hand. So plan accordingly.
For uni, they should be able to give you conditional admission based on result from your past semesters. And will give you confirmation after getting final/provisional certificate.
Bro i applied for aps certificate on october 15. Unfortunately there is mistake in my mail id. Is that affect to get aps certificate? I already send the documents
You won't get email updates or payment received info, but if address is correct then you will receive APS certificate correctly. However, please email to APS, mentioning the mistake in email id, at least they may make a note of it.

Not exactly. For Delhi VFS there is no immediate walk option available as of now, so you have to book slot for stamping now-a-days. This can change from time to time.
Mere file 29 September ko submitt master k liye delhi vfs. Still don't get any reply from embassy.
If it's for private institute, that too around Berlin, then expected processing time in such case can be slightly higher.

Earliest date that is possible based on your travel date and the health insurance start date must be starting parallely with your travel date.

No sign of visa. Had applied October 6. Have written to everyone under the sun. I am out of options and thinking of canceling the entire thing. Delhi is the worst place to apply for a visa apparently. Except when stars align. I feel as if my career is ruined. Then they're gonna take more time to stamp it. Disaster every way.

I applied for a student visa on oct 19th, 2022. But still it is under process and it's almost four 4 months completed and still running on, bro. The chennai consulate to behavior in rude manner while I call only twice till now their response to bad. Is there any way to speak directly to them. Actually my classes are going on online but it's not correct right. They are not even send mali or msg any status or which stage of visa.

It's better if you are officially 18, by the time you start studies in Germany, because as a Minor there are many bureaucratic challenges.
If you have time in turning 18 officially, then you can use that time in India to learn German, or do 13th year of education or JEE advance, so you qualify for direct admission in bachelors without need of studienkolleg. It will save to a year in Germany.

Are you talking about Visa appointment or APS? For Visa, Write email to VFS about the mistake, even if they don't reply or fix it before hand. Most probably they should be able to fix the issue on the date of appointment when you are at the VFS center.

Visa process from Delhi can take around 45 days on average. But your documents should ready a bit early, ideally the very next working day.
You can tack status using the tracking if you have from vfs, using a web page on there website about tracking German visa application. Make sure to put last name in all caps.

I completed my visa intw at vfs in 11 aug. However, i forgot to attach admit letter. I attached all docs including enrollment docs but failed to attach admit letter and even vfs offier didnt ask or intimate. After 2 days i got call from german consulate that my admit letter os missing and u hve to send the letter by mail immediately.i sent them also. But im in doubt whether it could have any adverse effect on my visa. Pls clr my doubt bro

Yes you can. 6 score should be acceptable as it is considered B2 equivalent. But you will have to check with Uni, as Uni may have different minimum requirements.

Applied for Student visa (VFS Mumbai) on 2nd March for Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt. As my accommodation is in Nürnberg, I have mentioned that only. So my application has gone to Ausländerbehörde of Nürnberg. Do you know how much time it generally takes to get a decision?

Hi Rajat bhaiya.. I went to Delhi VFS on 15th May, they did not return my original passport and kept it in the folder with other documents. Does this mean that I do not have to go for d-stamping thing and passport will be directly sent to my postal address with the final result? Please confirm.

I sent mail to embassy directly last week, they said file was digitally transmitted to City Council, Berlin on 26th May.
