The VI chord is always the Relative Minor of a Major Chord. So, say you want to find the chords of D Minor. As D Minor is the Relative Minor of F Major. So the chords of D Minor (or F Major) will be F, Gm, Am, A#, C, Dm and E Diminished. To find the Chords of a Minor Chord, find its Relative Major and use the chords of that Major Key. I hope it's clear now.

Yes. The Sixth Mode of the Major Scale is the Relative Minor Scale. For example, C Major and A Minor are related and both have the exact same notes. So, if you Harmonize the A Minor Scale, that means you're essentially Harmonizing the C Major Scale. As each minor scale has a related major scale, so Harmonizing all the Major Scales of the 12 notes will give you the minor counterparts as well. So, Harmonizing the Minor Scale or Harmonizing any other mode of the Major Scale will give you same results and is redundant.

Yes, you are correct. Here the key would be F Major. Dm is also the 6th (VI) Chord of F Major anyway. So call it a F Major or Dm, you will be correct in both the cases. When you'll know about MODES you'll get to know that the Related Chords of F Major and D Minor or G Dorian or A Phrygian etc are all same.
