It's a very good patch with a lot of steps in the right direction, and I hope they can keep up the pace with patches of this level and better moving forward. It's great that they are finally fixing things that people have been complaining about for years, and I really hope they are not going to fall back into bad habits with patches in the future.
Fixed clade gift ‘Alvarin sight’ not showing its cooldown. Well it took their time, I reported this when I noticed it sometime before elementalism was added or just around then when I last logged in to the game, and it has been broken since that ha. Fast work indeed. I can't believe how bad issues are left for ages, sure this patch has something in it, but it is worrisome that stuff like this has been so long not fixed or even being able to randomly break due to updates. Also, changing an integer from 25 to 50 for arrows or adding +10 to the weight limit is super easy and quick change, only question is why did it take them as you say 14 years. That is a lot more worrisome than anything else about this game.
@wolfszeit with the new bear mounts coming out soon, maybe you can do a video about all the different mounts, their speeds, and advantages/disadvantages?
finally an actual good patch. Hopefully they still figure out what the fuck to do with the sub. Its basically impossible to convince anyone to drop more money to just try the game again.
The problem is that with QOL patches now feel good. But will wear off within 1-2 weeks. The reason is because this is normally stuff that needs to come out fast and furious early. Without additional game loops people will continue to leave. They need mechanics for not having one massive zerg. I know it’s an open world mmo but no one really wants one massive Zerg wiping the smaller groups. Not even the Zerg. Because once those groups leave. The Zerg doesn’t last and starts quitting.
It would be good if the developers rebalanced the drop of fluxes from jellyfish - at the moment, increasing difficulty does not have such a noticeable increase in the drop chances. Almost everyone sits on jellyfish with 4 spheres - it’s comfortable, safe, and a good drop of fluxes. But 5 spheres are already challenging, but usually there is no point for most players to farm on a higher difficulty. As far as I know, no one goes to 6 spheres solo. Why, if you want, for example, good jewelry, then look for outlaw veterans who are stronger than usual, and in the ether - calmly farm 4 spheres and don’t strain yourself.
Pls wolfzeit do a walkthroug of the new dungeon to show it to the YT community.. I don't play now, i'm just waiting to see if SV keep the good quality patches. If they use the community money to develop useless, unasked and minor changes again i will change my mind. I think a lot of potential players are waiting for the good patches like me.
When you're fighting multiple mobs - 2 undead etc, they spasm out! I thought it was a bug that would be fixed, yet it's still there in the live game... is it fixed on the test server?

Was macht das für einen Sinn das Rote spieler in eine Stadt Reiten können oder Stündlich mit Zauberbomben Newbis an der Bank in die Luft sprengen. Ich schau mir das jetzt seit wochen an. ganz ehrlich wie sollen da neue spieler ernsthaft irgenwie mit dem Game warm werden. Wir sprechen ja aktuell von 600 bis 900 aktive spieler und es geht munter weiter mit der idiotenshow. vielleicht sollte man mal anreize schaffen neue spieler zu beschützen bzw. für eine Stadtwache nen task machen zu können oder ähnliches.
Im going to repeat my self like broken record 😂 -- at this point no mater of quality of patch theyr PR is in gutter and widouth time packages on steam the peoples wouldnt bother to try the updates if they have to go trough theyr pages and then unsub once they try the patch 🤔
You seriously get excited for crumbs. These (if they work) should have been in the game a decade ago. Heck there are 30 yo games that had this 30 years ago. Another copy and pasted dungeon. Woot.

I havent tried the walking deads, but everyone can quickly switch to the testserver xD if you wanna try it out
