First up, Active Listings are up 16% from the previous month and up 36% compared to this time last year, meaning more choices for you Buyers.
The interesting thing with active listings is the consistency over the past four years on how the active listings peak in April and then decline in November. And as a result, the pending increase in November as compared to April.
Next, Under Contract listings are down 31% YTD. BUT the good news is that we are getting about 98% List to close Price meaning you're getting the price your asking from Sellers.
