First of all , we need to stop asking the same old question of " what do you wish to become in the future". Nobody can at this young age decide what they wish to become. If they see a doctor, they will wish to become a doctor, if they see an IAS officer, they will feel like they are an official, if they see a sports person, they wish to become the same. However, these desires keep changing at their age as they keep growing. So, instead of asking this same old question, they could probably help them to excel better in their studies and equip them with better facilities.
