I bought the original Peaches and Cream Barbie back in 1986. She was so spectscular. I wanted to save my Barbies for when I had kids of my own, but I stored them with a family friend for a while and her niece got into them. My friend told her niece that she could have the whole box.

The logo on all of the outfits is wretched lol plus, some are just tacky. But some of the outfits would be cute without that horrendous logo. The dolls are pretty much all cute tho!

I did end up buying a few vintage dolls during lockdown. Some baby dolls (Eugene, Horsman, Baby Alive, ect.) Some porcelain (Dynasty, Heritage Collection, Sugar Loaf) but I did get one Barbie. One of my absolute favorites from when I was little: Garden Party Barbie from 1988. It took me forever to figure out which one she was and I'm so thrilled to have her back. I had a pretty large collection when I was little (born mid 80's) and was unable to make it to adulthood with them. I'm working on slowly rebuilding my collection. Only like...65 to go? Lol
Just order it a little early, it should be fine. I haven’t had many issues with post since lockdown began and I have a business so I’m always receiving and sending out packages. Amazon has been so slow in shipping, because they don't consider our dolls and toys essential. So I've been stimulating the economy by purchasing dolls from other people on either eBay or mercari. Recently, I have how to re-spark interest in preloved fashion dolls.... so any day now I'm about to get flooded with a bunch of TLC naked Barbies! That'll give me something to do with the rest of my weeks. And I figure while I'm out for Essentials I might be able to pick up some outfits

if you buy a ght96 bmr barbie pull its head off.comes off quite easily.then pull the head off tie dye ken.again comes off easily .put it on the bmr it looks great and you then have a made to move .all the clothes fit on the body.the skin tone is slightly different .But when you put the head on and dress him you can hardly tell.he really does look awesome
The Monster High line that that Frankie is from is a really nice one. If you are looking to pick up another doll I would recommend getting the Draculaura from that line. Another line you may like the the Scary Tales. The details on them are fantastic!

I've gotten several dolls since lockdown began: 5 new OMGs, and the rest from Facebook Marketplace. 2 vintage talking Pee-Wee Herman dolls and a Michael Jackson King of Pop from the same seller, 10 gorgeous well dressed Bratz, a minty boxed 1994 Alice in Wonderland ( she's just like a Skipper), and 5 new LOL Surprise dolls too! I think having dolls around during a pandemic helps a little- our plastic friends!

Well, I spent also far too much on fashionistas. And its your videos which are to blame. You talk with such an enthusiasm about dolls that it s contagious (no pun intended). Me having a collectors soul it was inevitable that my fashionistas collection will grow. I started collecting dolls February 2019. And one of my first dolls was a fashionistas. Then I decided the doll was very cheap and I passed it on to my friends granddaughters. Now, having about 10 of them, I think they are interesting. They are cheap, well, affordable, but quite sturdy and very interesting. So diverse. But it shows only when they are next to one another. I am definitely into them now and will continue with the collection. One another note... You talk a lot, in your videos, about fashion. Have you ever considered designing dolls fashion. Not necessarily sewing but at least drawing. That could be quite interesting. I always undress my dolls and make them new outfits. A few good designs would be very welcome. All the best to you and keep up the good work.

I bought 2 La Dee Da dolls (pre-loved). One is Cyanne as Repunzel (love dolls with long hair too) and the other is Tylie as Grape Shake Up.

Oh honey, I’ve spent over 2000$ on dolls since lockdown began. This is a bad time to be a collector lol stuck inside with internet and extra money XD I’m very happy about the new rainbow high line, I bought them all and they are so beautiful and are made with pretty great quality compared to most recent lines. So those are probably the best lockdown purchase in my opinion :)
Nope. 🙅🏻 my biggest guilty pleasure would been wanting to finish my ever after high collection plus tracking down childhood powerpuff girl plushies I used to have. They got a lot of omg dolls they supposed to have out this year.

I spent also far too much on fashionistas. And its your videos which are to blame. You talk with such an enthusiasm about dolls that it s contagious (no pun intended).
Me having a collectors soul it was inevitable that my fashionistas collection will grow.
I started collecting dolls February 2019. And one of my first dolls was a fashionistas. Then I decided the doll was very cheap and I passed it on to my friends granddaughters.
Now, having about 10 of them, I think they are interesting. They are cheap, well, affordable, but quite sturdy and very interesting. So diverse. But it shows only when they are next to one another.
I am definitely into them now and will continue with the collection.
One another note...
You talk a lot, in your videos, about fashion. Have you ever considered designing dolls fashion. Not necessarily sewing but at least drawing.
That could be quite interesting.
I always undress my dolls and make them new outfits.
A few good designs would be very welcome.
