How's everybody doing?
So, here's presenting you the glimpse of performances from the LSA's Ladakhi MEGA LOSAR 2024 in CHANDIGARH.
The venue was Tagore Theatre.
Losar Celebrations by Students of Ladakh in Chandigarh.
LSA had its annual “Mega Losar” event on 23rd January. The event was graced by the presence of HE Choegon Rinpoche and other reputed people from Ladakh. There was a proper showcase of diverse cultures from different parts of Ladakh. It was all about different dance forms, cultural practices, religious teachings, musical performances, foods and lot’s of dance. Various Ladakhi artists were present there, with their efforts to promote their beautiful culture.
The diversity was very beautifully presented there, attending one event felt like attending many. There were so many different dances and variant traditions with traditional dresses. It was soo beautiful to see how despite many differences of cultures and languages, Ladakhis come to this common platform and celebrate this auspicious Losar event together.
Also the members of Ladakh Students Association (LSA) did a commendable job in making the event successful.
