I think you should put the strongest form of each unit in the tier list to represent them instead of their base forms. Especially in the case of Ultra Souls where the base and the other forms have entirely different behaviors, and even more so since you make separate tier placements for talented and Ultra Form units.

Making him a slightly piercing tank that can stutter enemies makes him a bit more unique. This dude is just not good, and nothing short of big changes will help
Kasli the Bane is a very powerful unit when it comes to stats. The combination of high health and 5 knockbacks leads to her staying alive for a long time when summoned. Thanks to the powerful Surge, she is also able to deliver high and consistent damage to midrangers and backliners, such as Le'noir and R.Ost, while also intercepting incoming peons and keeping enemies that are extremely easy to knockback at bay, such as Gory variants, Brollow, Rain D. and Mr. Puffington. Lastly, she can even be used for "base trapping": if you have her hit a base and trigger a boss wave, her Surge will instantly hit and severely cripple anything that comes out, sometimes making a massive difference. Just remember that due to her blindspot and most of her damage being concentrated in the surge, she will not perform too well against Zombies, short ranged pushers like Bore or One Horn, as well as surge-immune enemies. However, a tanky unit can cover her blind spot, making her usage even more viable. Damage isn't all she has though: her Curse ability lets her disable enemies' Knockback, Slow, Freeze, Weaken, Warp, Curse, Dodge Attack and Toxic abilities. Since it has good uptime, this makes her even more useful against enemies with annoying abilities like Super Metal Hippoe, Li'l Doge, Crazed Axe Cat, Henry, Winged Pigge, Gobble, Heavenly Herald Papuu, Bakoo and all Relics. There are, however, rare instances in which her Curse ability can be counterproductive, such as against some units with Warp, who would become unable to warp any attackers they reach to safety. This is most notable against Final Boss Giga God. Her immunities to Wave Attacks, Warp, Curse, Weaken and Surges further help her with the threat posed by such abilities, especially in Uncanny Legends, Cats of the Cosmos and The Aku Realms where they are prominently active. Overall, she's an extremely powerful unit that holds her edge all the way into the endgame and has almost no drawbacks.
Strategy/Usage A very interesting unit, Kasli's defining gimmick is her Surge Attack ability, which adds an extra attack on top of her main attack, at a random spot within its own defined range. Her Knockback ability, combined with Surge, gives Kasli a lot of pushing power as you don't even need to sufficiently damage an enemy if it gets too close. Just remember that, like most Long Distance units, she will need protection with meatshields. Normal Form Kasli the Scourge can be used like an Ultra Souls unit in their first forms, but is not suited for general use due to range issues, low health, lack of immunities and only 20% knockback chance. However, she can be useable in early-mid-game as her Surge Attack can deal with weaker peons. It is typically preferred to use her second form. Evolved Form Ritual Saint Kasli has more health and damage, a higher Surge level and longer range. The knockback chance is also increased to 50%, becoming more reliable as a pusher than her first form. Her DPS is very powerful when considering her Surge Attack, jumping to an outstanding 9,000 DPS. Unlike Mizli, Kasli will not push your army into backliners' range, as her Knockback ability affects all the enemies within the Surge, with the only exception being backliners that outrange Kasli such as Director Kurosawah or Sunfish Jones. Her immunity to waves, weaken and curse are very essential to keeping her relevant in Uncanny Legends, allowing her to consistently make use of her powerful DPS without getting sniped or paralyzed. However, keep in mind that when her knockback activates, her effective DPS is reduced due to it causing the enemy's hitbox to despawn for 12 frames (a little more than 1/3 of a second).

You say that he has bad targets, but I have to ask what good targets for a tank are. Every single trait has a dedicated meatshield, and several have mini tanks. In my opinion, tanks have just fallen out of the meta.
I think the type of tank matters more than the actual target, specifically mid ranged tanks are consistently the best kind of tanker class since they stand a different area of the field than specialized meatshields and also complement them well. Gamereon is a great example of this, so is Gigapult.
Why is issun boshi above cosmo, bowser and ultra kaguya? Cosmo is a pretty good sniper because of the debuffs, bowser is a very good tank in his niche and ultra kaguya shreds metals. While issun isn’t a bad uber they are definitely not above those three in my opinion
My list evaluates off level 60, and Issun at a high boost becomes incredibly powerful against Traitless and Angel. Issun roughly matches the damage of Awakened Bahamut except with Omni, better HP, cost, and cooldown. To me they are even borderline A and one of the high end options for Traitless/ Angel, but again needs boost for that potential to be shown.
I love coming up with ideas for buffering units and such but GOOD LORD this guy is in severe need for ANYTHING! Gonna have to rewrite the Warhammer 40k lore worth of text and even then this guy would still probably end up mid!- My only thing it could do is a much larger Omni for all its attacks and damage; like buffing his Damage by 4.5x giving him 153,000, allowing each hit to deal 51,000 dmg and giving him an overall of 21,962 DPS. Then make it have a pierce of 360 front and behind and for the second hit make it overlap at 130 range because it missing DESPITE being in FRONT of him is purely vile. while giving it Toxic, Weaken, and Knockback immunity so it can be an effective tank against the Zombie R.ost and or other Toxic users, not get bullied by units with Knockback, and maintaining the damage buff I gave him With this I think it should help him out being a good tank that has high forms of dealing a great amount of pierce damage to his opponents, especially ones that are outranging him and or approaching, with the occasional Freeze procs that will stagger enemies as a bonus! (Even though I have a feeling that this still isn't helping 😭)
true form idea: second hit is now 230-460, third hit is 0-460 and freezes, more hp and a little more attack. Talents increase freeze chance to 75%, curse resist, knockback resist, surge immune and obligatory hp and attack.
There is already a trait ranking in his methodology document for the criteria of how he ranks ubers. I think it was ranked in this order : *Red < Black < Sage < Metal < Behemoth < Floating < Angel < Alien < Colossals < Traitless < Relix < Zombies < Aku*
I mean, it’s between a suicide unit and a rusher / slight midranger. Naala only has 300 range and two knockbacks, so be careful. Doron doesn’t really get killed if you meat shield correctly. (Since rock level HP). Overall, depends on the situation.
Yes that was said in the review. The problem with this is that they have a NEGATIVE BLINDSPOT. If a zombie borrows between -230 and -300 Ozakura is unable to hit them while they are being attacked.
Battle Cats is an original and interesting spin on the Tower Defense genre, though even calling it a td game is patronizing to the uniqueness of this game. The basic concept of this game is simple, you spawn cats to beat enemies and destroy the enemy tower, progressing through stages, campaigns, and events. I'm gonna try to explain most of the major pros and cons of this beloved mobile game, before rebutting some of the common critiques of this game. To start off, there is an insane amount of content. If you want a good comparison on a typical full run from start to finish (stories of legends to zero legends), it'd be like maxing out a terraria world, or having speedrunners beat Minecraft 2,800 times in a row. There are main story campaigns, those being Empire of Cats, Into the Future, and Cats of the Cosmos. Each of these campaigns contain 3 chapters of varying difficulty, and each chapter contains 48 different stages. Then there's the legend stages, which have even MORE stages. Stories of Legends, Uncanny Legends, and the recent Zero Legends have all made battle cats a game that never really ends when it comes to content. I'm not even mentioning all the collaborations (street fighter, evangelion, madoka, etc), advent stages, labyrinth, heavenly & infernal towers, legend quest, monthly gauntlets and barons to complete! Then there's the topic of the cats themselves. The sheer quantity of usable cats in this game is simply ludicrous. There are around 700 cats as of current 13.6 EN version, and each of them have their separate niches & uses. You will find great diversity in each load out, especially in early to late game. One thing to note, however, is that most units are locked behind gacha (japanese 'lottery' system) pools, where you will need to spend either rare tickets (or platinum/legend), or the in-game currency, cat food. This does mean that you will have to save up to get these units, but that is absolutely by choice of the game, as it keeps the gameplay loop fresh and exciting. You never know what new unit you'll get to use to beat the next hardest stage. Even with all that said, Battle Cats is still a flawed game. There are many unresolved issues that plague the game, the first of which being the save system. Whenever you lose an account, whether that be by losing your phone or deleting the app, you have to go through a long and tedious process to recover your account. The system is very dated, requiring you to save an inquiry code, email the ponos team, give them key information about your account, then gain the transfer ID, before finally being able to recover your account on a new phone. As someone who's lost two accounts and has had to use the inquiry code several times, its a fatal flaw in the game. There's also the early game, which starts off being tedious and lackluster compared to the rest of the game. The game tries to teach the player how to grind stages with the use of Treasures, but it only makes most players quit before they make it past chapter 3 moon of EoC. Lastly, there are big difficulty spikes throughout the game, and some of the early ones are key factors into why players end up leaving the game. These include (but are not limited to): Ch3 EoC Moon, Ururun, Crazed cat, Wanwan, and Ch1 ItF The Great Abyss. Aside from these three flaws, however, Battle Cats brings itself to be a candidate for one of the best mobile games in 2024. Now that we've gone through all the nitty gritty info on the game, why don't we deconstruct some of the critiques on this game, shall we? First, being pay-to-win. Nope, not at all. There are plenty of ways to get cat food, rare tickets, and even platinum tickets. You can get 30 cat food per sub-chapter (about 6 stages), you can get rare tickets from normal ticket grinding and event stages, and platinum tickets are available via platinum shards and anniversary events. Saying that Battle Cats is P2W when paying for cat food is incredibly overpriced is absolutely astounding, especially when there's other games (*cough* CoC *cough*) which are wayy more P2W. Then there's the game being too difficult. While I understand that it is an issue with the early game design, battle cats is NOT a hard game. If you're struggling on a stage, go grind for higher normal cat levels, upgrade rare and super rares, and maybe unlock a new Uber to carry you through the stage. It's when players do not look for any other ways to beat a stage that a stage becomes hard/impossible. Lastly, the gacha system. It's core to the game, so if you don't like it, uhh, I guess its not a game for you. But you have plenty of ways to roll for free and get the best Ubers (as I have for 4+ years), so it should never become an issue.
The recent gimmicks such as Colossus Slayer and Conjure are becoming so forgettable compares to Aku. One makes Ubers designed around A SINGLE STAGE(e.g Envanz) and is only truly beneficial for *units with high range*, which concerns only like 2 Barons Slayers. The other one makes units that usually revolve around be stacked, mostly debuffers less good because they *can't be stacked* and is only truly beneficial for units that *dies fast* and that have *fast time recharge*.
This uber makes no sense to me, the weirdest multi-attack and omnistrike known to catkind. How the hell are you gonna freeze on your second attack? Zroco? Gotta wait 1-2 more years for a true form. 🙏
Got this unit and tested. I think you are all underestimating it. It is a tank, a support unit. The only issues I can find with it are cost (high) and mobility (low). Issues that Hazanaka shares with the great majority of tanks. The key is the interaction it can have with other cats you have and not its intrinsecal power alone. For Hanasaka to give the best results, it must be used in tandem with more ranged powerful attackers. Combine it with anti angel-anti zombie nukers (not necessarily ubers, but if ubers, better) and see. It will just stop the enemy and give enough time for your specialist to obliterate it. Obviously, it doesn't work well in different traits stage (Hanasaka is a specialist) and in late game meta, but at this stage (2d form) it is not yet designed for them. The problem with many angels and zombies, in pre-late game meta, is that they push hard, making mid ranger nukers extremely fragile sometimes. Hanasaka resolve this problem. I tried it in tandem with Dynasaurus, MightyAethur and Mighty Destroyer (in stages with both traits) and the result is amazing in terms of control and obliteration.
I think the second attack is supposed to hit burrowing zombies..? (And it does that job horribly, as their either burrow past it or are in thr blind spot lol)

But you have plenty of ways to roll for free and get the best Ubers (as I have for 4+ years), so it should never become an issue.
you wasted alot of time typing this pal

Yes
@XskullDrSkull yippie
Isnt that piranha plant from hit game series Mario?
wait why is he actually the only ultra souls to have "cat" next to his name
The others are not cats.
@@XskullDrSkull they’re secretly doge spies and aliens from ITF. That’s why they’re so advanced!
@XskullDrSkull a confirmed cat in the ultra souls family?!?! Not a japanse folklore?!?!?!
Wtf why it says this video is posted 2h ago? Also I remember seeing it
Many people are getting deja vu from this which is paranormal
bro is so bad xskull didn’t even bother going over the conjure
The recent gimmicks such as Colossus Slayer and Conjure are becoming so forgettable compares to Aku.
One makes Ubers designed around A SINGLE STAGE(e.g Envanz) and is only truly beneficial for *units with high range*, which concerns only like 2 Barons Slayers.
The other one makes units that usually revolve around be stacked, mostly debuffers less good because they *can't be stacked* and is only truly beneficial for units that *dies fast* and that have *fast time recharge*.
@@Majin_Trunky bruh this unit cant even be stacked, its a tanker
Why reupload?
I do kinda like the plant theme/design

@@XskullDrSkull CRACK MADE OF *DOG*
This uber makes no sense to me, the weirdest multi-attack and omnistrike known to catkind. How the hell are you gonna freeze on your second attack? Zroco?
Gotta wait 1-2 more years for a true form. 🙏
what do you rank Ultra Kaguya?
B, one of the best anti-Metal ubers and pretty solid as general spammable attacker.
why is intro cannon not breakerblast
Breakerblast had a day off
3:57 why would they give a unit with freeze an attack like this lol
Ponos employee was smoking Hansaka’s dog’s ashes while making the stats.
That white powder isn’t dog ashes… it’s the good old lighthouse of crack.
smoking that meta-filibuster space dust
What about the conjure
It's just weaken
@ dang that sucks lol
I think he will get like juvens treatment dodge on his true form
just wait 2 years trustt me
Got this unit and tested.
The more useless you call a unit the more I just want to grab it
Feed me Xskull…

i just listen to monke music in bg
Ah, yes, another multi hit uber failure

Gluttonous beast
Papaluga is not that bad after all 💀
Papaluga is still worse somehow 💀 atleast this guy has a “niche”
No way Kaguya ultra form is only b tier. It can absolutely shred and debuff all metals and paired with any critter can take any metal stage down.
Catasaurus and Cameraman make Metals too easy most of the time
And honestly, metal power creep is real.
Wtf even is this attack pattern. I'm beyond disgusted
I think the second attack is supposed to hit burrowing zombies..? (And it does that job horribly, as their either burrow past it or are in thr blind spot lol)
I prefer convoys lol. At least they T R U C K
I prefer Bowser
Quite sure that is Biollante so its Godzilla not Mario thing…. (They even added Gamera in game so I am sure this is also kaiju based design😅)
