Hi my name is Lilly and I am an American expat living on the island of Koh Samui in the gulf of Thailand for the last 9 years. My husband is Thai and his name is Wat. We have two boys named Luke and Leon and a new baby girl named Lyla. Nam is our Nanny and she is like family to us. She is from Myanmar and has worked for us for over 7 years.

My first years traveling to Thailand I always took Thai Airways and often upgraded to business class on the Paris to Bangkok leg. Brings back good memories. Thai Airways is the best . They took great care of my son when he had a big problem with his flight back to France via Bangalore. Thai Airways forever !
Lilly, I love to hear you speaking French. You amazed me how you still remember how to speak French very well. I love French Language and used to be able to communicate well. However, Currently my French has gone with the wind and I can hardly speak French and understand French anymore. The last time I got to use French language was in 181-1983 when we lived in Italy; using it when I was touring France frequently during our time in Italy. I was just visiting southern France in August this year, I could hardly communicate with the French, and ending up using English most of the time. God bless you and protect you.

Your mother is such a sweet and humble lady, very beautiful too. I lived in Paris a few years, I am original from the Netherlands, live now since 16 years in the US but fly back 2-3 times a year back to Europe where m6 children and grandchildren live, you can hear the accent when you speak French. I will be there in two weeks again.
Just came from France where my husband is from we had the most wonderful time visiting Paris and all over France and seeing all our family from the North to the South and loved it.
How exciting Luke gets to experience so much in his life. It’s been years since I’ve been to Paris. I’ve been twice and loved it, would go back again anytime….in between my Thailand trips of course haha enjoy every moment.

We flew first class to Thailand and it was beyond fabulous ! Can’t do that for every holiday so very grateful we chose this trip

Hello Lilly, I am so happy to see this video. Yesterday I thought of all 3 of you. All day I sang, "WELCOME BACK KOTTER." It was a coincidence this morning. At 6am it was played on the radio. I had a nasty day yesterday. I had a nasty fall. Slipped on wire, and bruised the left side of my face. I was lucky, I did not cut my eyelid. I did the job I had to do, that was the main thing.
