Today, I am sharing our potato harvest along with the recipe of homemade wholewheat buns. I made these buns in shape of bunny faces which my kids loved. I hope you enjoy making them for your kids. I also made a high protein tofu dip to go with them. The dip tastes so good!
For Buns - 500 grams whole wheat flour, 2 tbsp honey, 1 pack(2 tsp) instant yeast, 1 tsp salt, 1 cup milk, 1 tsp vinegar, 2 tbsp oil
For Tofu Dip - 100 grams tofu, 1 garlic clove, salt & Italian seasoning to taste
