      thanks for the question, if you are asking about the tanning procedure I used the pickle and bark tan on elk, sheep, deer and rabbits. The only difference was the deer and elk skins I dehaired with just water no lime. I'm sure you could use it for any hides. I still recommend that you salt your hides as soon as you skin them. I use what is called mixing salt for livestock from a farm or feed store for about $8 for 50 lbs. Also it has no iodine in it.
